We enrolled our 7mo daughter soon after touring this location. Sarah was welcoming, answered all of our questions/addressed concerns, and conveyed passion for working there. We've had experience with another SS location, but Parmer/McNeil is just different, in a good way! The location, the school, the staff.. it's just different and I highly recommend them for your childcare needs.Jeanne, Barbara, and Gifty are a dream team in the infant rooms! We always felt comfortable leaving our daughter with them because we knew they'd provide her with great care everyday. Thank you for all you do!

We came here when my son was 3 years old after difficult times at childrens courtyard and then international Montessori (do not recommend) my son was not only welcomed but supported along his growth journey. He wasn't asked to fit into any box that made them comfortable yet discovered what was needed to make him excited about coming to school and engaged during activities. His learning style was recognized, supported and we worked with the staff to build his behavior positively. I cannot recommend the Director, Sarah, enough. She is so equipped for the role and has an incredible team working with her. I am so so grateful for stepping stone parmer/mcneil.

My son went to this location for a year and a half...maybe a little longer. The teachers were nice. Drop off was great and the teacher I dropped my son off with in the morning was amazing. She has been there quite awhile and seemed to really like her job.My son always seemed happy when I picked him up so that was nice.I do have some complaints/concerns:My son was always hard to find. One day, I searched and searched for him. I could not find him anywhere. No one seemed to know. So I literally stood in the school, and called the phone. Long story, but we found him in a room I didn't know was really there. It was beyond a gate and I did not know they were "classrooms". After that, the school did begin putting a walkie talkie up by the front so that if you couldn't find you child you could use it.One time, I'm not entirely sure what happened, but I went to pick up my child and he was holding his teachers hand walking down the sidewalk (the one in the back the runs in front of the classrooms) with no diaper on. I thought it was weird to walk a two year old half naked in front of all the school, outside.I think there were 4 principles in the year and a half. Two were great...two were no. (In my opinion) Either way, it didn't instill much faith in the school if they could not hold onto a principle. So much seemed to change with each one. This made things not only difficult for parents but hard for the children. This wouldn't be my first choice for a daycare but in a pinch, I would use them again.

My wife and I have been using Stepping Stone Parmer/McNeil for a year now and it has been a terrific experience for us and for our daughter. She joined at 6 months of age and is now almost 18 months. The teachers are always keeping us informed about how she's doing and what she is learning.Shoutout to Ms Gifty, Ms Xyre, Ms Desirae, and Ms Liset for having huge hearts, and being fantastic leaders in guiding our daughter to learn new skills each day and just putting a huge smile on her face (who inarguably has the best smile and I'm definitely not a biased father )And thank you Sarah for being a great point of contact for all our needs and concerns, and always being a great advocate for the parents, teachers, and children!Looking forward to more years here for our daughter.

We are very happy at Stepping Stone Parmer. Our son started from about 4 months old and is now 13 months old. The classrooms are always very clean. We have had a great experience with the infant classrooms. Ms. Jeanne and Ms. Gifty go above and beyond for their kids, and I have felt like we can trust them with anything every step of the way. They take time to do activities, music, and artwork with the babies in their classrooms and always keep us updated and informed.

We transferred our kiddo (roughly 18mo) in September from another daycare and we have been so pleased with our experience so far.Ms. Gifty, Ms. Xyre and Ms. Lizet in particular have been amazing caregivers to our daughter. My daughter loves each of them so much and asks for them even at home. Communication with school has been very important to us, and we have appreciated the care and detail that goes in to making sure parents are informed of any changes that are happening at the school. Sarah Ramirez has been excellent to work with as well, and she always greets the kiddos with joy and excitement. All of the teachers and directors have taken care to address any minor thing that we have brought up to them (ie taking care to change more frequently if she develops a diaper rash etc). We are very happy with Stepping Stone @ Parmer and can’t wait to see how our little one grows here.

We love our teachers at Stepping Stone Parmer. Especially, Miss Gifty and Miss Xyre. They do such a great job with my kid's class, from having fun and impromptu parties and all the extra activities that teach my kid so much. My kid typically can't wait to see them in the morning and doesn't want to leave in the evening. They truly care about the kids and I know they have set my kid up for success as he moves into his next class. We are going to miss both of them dearly and appreciate how amazing they have been with our child.I wanted to add a special shout out to Miss Liset. Amongst all the amazing things she does for my child's class, she has also introduced him to Spanish. Imagine my surprise when my almost 2 year old came home and started asking for "Agua". It was the best surprise ever and I love that he is exposed to so much diversity at his school. Thanks for being awesome, Miss Liset!

I’d like to recognize mrs Lisete for taking good care of my (now) almost 10 months daughter! (Time flies!) She’s been taking care of my daughter at the end of the day and I like the fact that she takes care of her diapers and bottles. My baby likes her a lot!

Ms. Jeanne and Ms. Laura are amazing with my now 5 month old son! As a first time mom, I had so much anxiety about daycare. But these two teachers really made me feel more confident and comfortable. You can tell they truly care and have been so helpful! My son enjoys his time there. I always look forward to taking home his artwork they do in class and the tadpoles pictures from his school activities. All the other staff has been super friendly too every time I walk through. Ms. Lisa, among many others, who just always greet us with smiles and say hi to my son by name.

I cannot recommend this school enough! Being a first time mom, I was so anxious to leaving my son with someone else when he was just 3 months old but we felt an instant relief going our first day. Fast forward and he is now 8 months old and loves coming to school. His favorite is getting his morning hug from Ms. Jeanne (she is so amazing)! She has so much experience and has been there for such a long time that I love getting her advice and I believe my son has progressed so much because of it.The staff is amazing as a whole and I know we are very lucky to find such a great fit in a school.

Our daughter has been attending Stepping Stone for almost a year and overall it has been a great experience. Mrs.Jeanne and Mrs.Laura were great teachers when she started there and now she is with Mrs.Gifty & Mrs.Zyrie. They do such a great job with all the activities and providing lots of photos/updates via the tadpoles app. My daughter seems to be really happy and thriving in their class. Her class recently had a pjs themed party and her teachers had all of these special snacks and games set up for them. It was hilarious and super cute. These ladies definitely care. Facilities are clean, feel safe & they have a great playground looking over the greenbelt.

First of all, I need to say that I'm a proud mom of a daughter who is really well taken care of in this school. Every teacher who takes care of my 5 month old baby girl has been treating her with such respect, love, and patience that fills my heart and gives me peace of mind to leave there. With that being said, I need to specially mention Mrs. Laura. She is nothing but amazing. She has always used her maternal instinct to try and guess what I would do if my daughter is crying or uncomfortable. You can tell by her smile how greatly Mrs. has been treating my daughter. I can't thank her and the whole staff enough to keep my daughter safe, happy, and well fed!I recommend you guys anywhere I go and I'll continue doing so!

Things we love about Stepping Stone Parmer:*The teachers: Ms. Laura, Ms. Gifty, Ms. Xyre and Ms. Jeanne are all so loving with the little ones! They also worked with me when my daughter first started and refused to take a bottle. They got her taking one where many others had failed!*The facilities: everything is clean and comfortable and safe. I love that I don't have to worry about my child inhaling mold and mildew in the walls or escaping the facility because there are multiple doors and gates to pass through.*Meals provided: this is such a convenience. I don't have to worry about packing food for my kiddo every day.*The location: I work on the same campus and it's comforting to know that my child is so close-by.*The schedule: they open earlier and close later than most preschools and they're open for more holidays at no extra cost.

Ms. Lisa in Pre-K has been phenomenal. She is a GREAT teacher and is wonderful with the kids. You can tell she cares about ALL of her students. She helped prepare my daughter for Kindergarten this fall. Thank you, Ms. Lisa.
