I love these people. They are kind, thoughtful, good listeners, up on the latest research, and take the time. We are, as clients, more than a little high maintenance, and they never dismiss our concerns. Also, I have to say that the negative reviews are unhinged. A person has to pay for tests to see if a dog is pregnant. Responsible medical professionals (including vets) are ethically required to tell clients/patients the range of situations, which might include death. If you are a reasonable person, then, whether you're dealing with your doctor or your dog's doctor, you should hear the range of possible diagnoses. I don't think it matters if the doctor is a doctor of philosophy, law, veterinary medicine, medicine, or education. A responsible doctor tells a client/student/patient the worst-case, yet possible, scenario (you might fail this class, lose this case, have cancer, etc.). That someone hears a "here's what might happen" as making them worry is not about the information; it's about the response. And, no, responding to negative reviews is not creep behavior. It's what a reasonable business owner does.

This is the best Vet in the Austin area. Being a new dog owner has its challenges, having staff to lean on that helps you through these challenges and teaches you vs making you feel dumb is so appreciated. They always pick up the phone, and find ways to get you an appointment, even when they are booked up. I could go on and on about how amazing the staff is here, but to keep things short - I highly recommend!

Brought a stray I found in here to have her checked out. The vet said "She is either pregnant or she has to poop." I feel like a veterinarian should be able to tell the difference. Also it's really creepy that the business owner replies to every negative review after having looked at the person's file. Reeks of insecurity. Edit: See what I mean? Creep behavior.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this veterinary practice. The receptionists always greets me with a smile and the vet techs are friendly and helpful. I have been bringing my animal companions here for many years and I have never had to wait long for my appointment. The staff always takes their time to explain everything thoroughly and the prices are reasonable.

I'm so glad I found this clinic. My dogs are comfortable here and the doctors and staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I especially like Dr. Mohamed.

Was recommended this spot from a FB group. The staff is so helpful and always picks up the phone. They were able to squeeze my pup in when he was having tummy issues and helped get him sorted out. The parking can be a little tight, but totally worth it. New patient paperwork is super easy to fill out and you can tell they always want the best for you and your pup. Inside the clinic they have a waiting room with treats for your animals. There's also grass outside near the street for your pup to go to the bathroom.

Wow. After the above review the owner called and told me to take my dogs and business elsewhere. I did call and emailed after they made me think my dog was dying for a week. No one said anything after that.

The most compassionate and loving team of vets, vet techs, and support staff. I cannot sing their praises enough. I know my fur babies are in the best hands at Allandale Vet Clinic! I've referred many friends to them and they are always impressed by the quality of care they receive. Thank you Allandale Vet for always providing the best quality care and love to our fur babies.

I had been a customer for years at ********************** Vet **********************. I always paid in full at each appointment. I was contacted and they said they would only take drop off appoints with me , and nothing in person! I feel like that is an extremely discriminatory policy. This was not about my animals behavior , both my cats are very docile. I have never been sick, and have always been a kind customer. I think the vet just personally had something against me since I let my cats be indoor/outdoor cats and had come the last time for help with a scratch. They made up an excise that i was 10 minutes late to an appointment that had been scheduled about an hour before i was the be there. Extremely disappointed and think this is a clear case of discrimination. Disallowing someone access to a business for made up reason is discrimination. I encourage Allandale to review their client policies and want to warn other customers about the discrimination before trusting this business with their pets.

I have been a client here for about 10 years, i don't have a problem with the health care my kitties received. I do however have a large problem with how they treat their human customers !!! i was late to an appointment by avina 10 minutes, and they said they will only schedule me for drop off appointments. That is extreme and ridiculous way to treat a years long customers who always pays promptly and in full, and has been really responsive to them. Catching cats is not alway a simple prospect. Pretty offended by their treatment and will loving to another vet after being a loyal client.

Officially the most kind and caring vet clinic I've been to. They love my fur babies like their own. The vets always call and report test results and they are quite timely. The vets don't guilt you into testing for super in depth things if you're on a budget. They removed a fatty tumor off one of our babies and the vet called a couple times checking in on her. Love these people!!

Allandale is such a great Vet Clinic! Years ago I used to bring my cats here but lost them due to a separation. Now that I have a dog, I started bringing him here again and I absolutely LOVE this clinic. Everyone has always been so nice and it's affordable.

We took our APA rescue here until we moved out of state. Dr. Mohammed and team are the BEST. Appointments are easy to get, communication either via email or phone was always quick. I needed medical/vaccination records sent to multiple places and it was done within an hour. Dr. Mohammed was fab with our anxious puppers. We'll miss her and the Allandale team!

We have the biggest pain in the arse dog and Allandale partners with us to make sure she gets what she needs to keep her healthy. They are responsive, professional, caring and thoughtful which helps take some of the burden off of us as we find ways to get our dog the care and confidence she needs.
