I have gone there and used my card and knowing that there was money on my card and their system said it denied my card. I had phone alerts for when my account was charged and I showed that they charged my card. They call led me a lier call APD and they could not do much was told to see if the charge stayed on my account then take of it with my bank. Called the bank and explained what happened and they made sure it did not go through. Never went back to those thieves.

I have stopped at this location many times before. Usually I stop by earlier in the day. Last night, I stopped by to heat up some food. After having my food in the microwave for about 3 mins. I was yelled at by the store clerk saying they were closing at midnight and he repeated to yell and cause a scene. It was 11:54pm and there were other people in the store at the time. My only conclusion is that this man thought it was okay to treat black people this way. Seeing how I was the only black personality in the store and although there were other people in the store. I was the only one being yelled at. Black people please don’t support this gas station. Quick trip is about 10 mins away! And they treat all there customers with respect. They really deserve 0 stars, but that option is not available.

I have lived nearby this Star Stop for over 8 years. Their attitude towards me as the Only African American Mature Male has been of "Watch him. He will steal stuff." I gots money. There's nothing that I can't buy there. The second shift clerk took and kept $100.00 Bill that I was paying for my purchase and wouldn't give it back. Saying, "a You have STOLE about this much of our merchandise."I let it ride after APD told me that I would have to fill out a form.Please spend your hard earned dollars somewhere else. *Washing his car on the clock,

My 18 yo daughter broke down and barely made it into this parking lot. The management was rude and completely unwilling to let her wait for the tow truck. They insisted she move her car. They were rude, unreasonable, and had a complete lack of compassion for someone who only needed to keep their car in place for a couple of hours. It was one parking spot and she's an 18 yo who was completely reasonable and responsible and took the time to walk in and ask them for help and was neither hysterical nor demanding. Telling everyone to avoid a place devoid of basic human compassion.

Say's it's open 24/7 buy when I arrived here at 1am after taking an Uber to get here, the guy working had the doors blocked off and was standing behind the counter effectively doing nothing.

I live about 2 miles away and walk to the store. I tried to call to find out when the store opens because I walked there before to find it closed. It is impossible to get someone on the phone. One line is out of service and one seems to be a fax line. I will walk the other way to 7 11.

Fix your credit/debit machine. It’s been three days. Don’t be rude when someone doesn’t notice your sign. No one is paying attention to the signs on your doors. Convenient store doors are always covered in signs.

I've only stopped at this Star Stop on one occasion and it wasn't the best. The inside was sort of dirty and the employee wasn't very nice. I'll stop somewhere else next time.

The card reader is always down, making it impossible to get gas with a card. Seems sketchy.

The cashier seemed very racist to me. I am 34 years old and because I did not have a Texas ID, he did not sell liquor. I was a very grateful customer with my service, but today I was very dissatisfied. I do not recommend this place.

You can't pay at the pump you always have to go inside to pay the cashier. I'm never stopping here again. Plus their gas prices seem to be a little higher than other places in the nearby area.

I went in to buy chips and my cc chip wouldn't read correctly. The store clerk yelled at me and threw me out.
