DON'T BUY YOUR GAS HERE!!!
The foreigners who work here and run this place are lazy, rude and worthless. This place is NASTY! The bathroom is filthy and smells of urine, and has a bad water leak! There was a pump that wasn't working for almost a month, and the screens on most of the pumps are messed and almost unreadable.
Most recently, one of the employees said something to me because I was parked at a pump before I got gas. He said that I need to park out in the parking lot. However, MOST of the pumps are taken up by NUMEROUS workers DAILY, AND NOTHING IS SAID TO THEM. THEY GET THEIR GAS, AND JUST SIT THERE AND EAT, DRINK OR WHATEVER FOR THE ENTIRE TIME AND THENSOME GETTING MY GAS.
OH, AND THE AREA AROUND THE.PUMPS IS FILTHY.!!! THEY WAIT FOR THE RAIN TO WASH AWAY THE FILTH. I HAVE HEARD THIS SO MUCH FROM OTHER PEOPLE WHO SHOP ELSEWHERE AND GET THEIR GAS ELSEWHERE BECAUSE OF ALL PF THE REASONS I'VE MENTIONED.
DON'T GET YOUR GAS OR ANYTHING HERE!!!

this clerk here is very rude. if you don't accept coupons for cigarettes just say that you don't accept them. do NOT EVER grab my personal cell phone out of my hands and start pressing buttons. this is not the way to have repeat business. this needs to be fixed asap

This store is the cheapest in Burnet area Austin (good deals all the time, everything is cheap, groceries at a good price) or has the best convenience and best service. Most importantly good gas ⛽️ price. Wow, great car wash. i recommend to everyone

The cashier is slow, always on the phone and never available in the store or the service window after 10p.m. This store is the only thing 24 hours besides the 711's on each end of burnet. I dunno if the guy owns the place but he sure runs it like he does. 10/10 Fail completely unacceptable!

Trash. Only give a star because I had to. Guy is never upfront and never answers the window after you knock forever etc. Supposed to be 24 hours but can't ever get someone at the front counter.

*WARNING* DO NOT USE CAR WASH! I took my car, new enough to still have dealer tags, through their car wash today. My front hood now has 2 gouges, through the paint and into the metal. Picture below. I also found new scratches on the lower driver side trim (between the bottom of my door and undercarriage). I was hesitant to use a car wash but have never had issues at other car washes with previous vehicles. I ultimately decided to utilize STARSTOP 37's service, and my vehicle payed for it.

How do you get in touch with this store? How do you not have a working phone? I bought a vape pen and 10 minutes down the road, like 4 puffs, it was empty. Tried calling but phone not in service and I won't be in the area until I go back to work after the weekend. Doubt I'll get another or a refund.

The worst gas station in Austin by far. Attendant was the definition of terrible customer service. I "used" to go to this gas station at least 3 times a week. I will never go again and I will tell EVERYONE that I know to never go to this Star Shop 37 ever again. Hire better attendants owner. I'm only leaving a star because I have too. If I had my choice I would recommend that entire store be shut down.
