Super nice and friendly staff. The bed in my room was - well it wasn’t “Marriott” good. Overall good experience.Rooms: Clean but the bed was in need of upgrade.

We booked 4 rooms at this hotel during an event in October, 2024. We prepaid the whole amount. A couple of months later we get an email saying there was a glitch in the computer system and now the rate was $599 per night, per room and would we be amenable to that! Of course we said absolutely not. This was around November 6th. We were promised a full refund of over $3600 and have not received it and now they are not responding. Not a good business concept to honor reservations because of a "computer glitch"! Marriott just wants the higher rate and know they can get it for Formula 1! They should have honored our rate. Will never stay at another Springhill or Marriott or any other of their hotels ever again.

This hotel is poorly managed. No one answers the phone. I even called corporate Marriott, they tried two different numbers and could not get ahold of anyone. No one responds to the chat feature of the app. And, the mobile key system did not work. If they can’t do these basics, how much are they paying attention to cleanliness?

Repeat stayer at this hotel as a solo female for work trips. Easy access to I-35 and 290, free parking, restaurant available at the adjacent hotel. The room is no frills but also clean, spacious, good shower water pressure, and has a comfortable bed. There are usb ports on the alarm clock, the AC is functional easy to use, and the staff has always been courteous and helpful. It’s the best cost versus the nearby hotels, so I keep coming back.

We were only able to stay a few ours. The air freshener was so strong that it almost knocked us down at the front door. Then the person at check-in never asked to see our ID, plus she called out our room numbers in front of all the men standing behind us. We got to our rooms, and the air freshener got WAY WORSE! I have issues with breathing and had to break out the inhaler. My coworker was struggling as well, and she doesn't use an inhaler. I had to ask to be moved to a different room. The second room was still very strong but somewhat better. I had to go into a conference call, and I could not stop coughing. It just got worse and worse. Then my coworker realized she was struggling too much to breathe. We decided we had to give up. We checked out and went to the Residents Inn a few doors down. We were so relieved to walk into a typically fresh smelling hotel.We were visiting for a conference and others from the conference were staying at the Springhill Suites. We asked how they liked it, and they immediately brought up the air freshener! One other person mentioned they were going to have to check out because of asthma.Also, I should mention that the rooms are nowhere as updated as the exterior!

Was transferred to this hotel for one night from the adjacent Fairfield due to the former one closing down for remodeling. The rooms are as usual luxurious and clean with usual Marriott amenities, but a lot more spacious than Courtyards, Moxys, or Fairfields that I stayed in earlier. Free breakfast and free parking is a good perk.

Great experience checking in!Room was clean bed was comfortable!Went to Marriott next door for a couple drinks and take out dinner. Bartenders were on spot! My meal was great! ( shrimp Alfredo)Definitely recommend if in south Austin area!

The location is pretty good and easy access to the freeway. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. I can't say the same for the foldout sofa bed though.Breakfast was pretty good, where you can make your own waffle. The layout of the breakfast area is not smooth flowing. It was jammed in the morning.The reason I gave it 3 stars is because housekeeping came to our room to clean our bathroom and replace our towels but did not make our beds! I would've been ok if they didn't come in at all but to come and only do a partial job, that's not ok!

This hotel had amazing staff and was very clean! We enjoyed our stay and the southern hospitality. Ran into Patrick at breakfast and he was able to answer any questions we had. We will definitely use this hotel for future stays! Keep up the good work!Rooms: Very clean rooms and very comfy beds.Food & drinks: Delicious places very close by.
