Mrs. Huong & Mrs/Ms. Deepa were absolutely amazing!!! They were just absolutely the best at customer service, developing a wonderful client relationship, professional, they were super sweet and just the absolute best experience ever!!! I definitely have found my go to place! Please give Huong and Deepa a raise!!!! These ladies are just the absolute best!!!!

I have been going to sports clips since 2007 and I have dealt with all the changes that they've gone through over the years and stuck with them. Today I needed to get my haircut and the girl that usually cuts my hair who I'm not going to say her name wasn't going to be in until 3:00. I called it 2:00 to see if I could get on the list when she first came in and they said that just Wait until she gets there and then right when you get there check in immediately and you'll be her first up if you're here right at 3:00. So I got there at 2:30. Only customer there . Couple other people istarted showing up there during that time. When she came in I talked her about getting my haircut and was told that I had to wait another hour. This is after when I got there at 2:30 the girl at the front desk assured me I would be her first when she got there. Not the way to treat customers. Ever since you guys started doing this check-in online versus people who are already there waiting and being told they have to wait longer because of that has gotten out of hand. You have now lost this customer who's been coming there since 2007

Huong is my favorite person to cut and style my hair. She always provides a great experience, and is consistent with her work. I wouldn't choose anybody else to cut my hair. She also always remembers what style I want so I don't ever have to explain anything. I highly recommend going to her to get your hair cut!

Absolutely love this place. Deepa does an amazing job cutting hair . She is probably the best in town . Believe me I have tried several. Also the online check in is pretty accurate. Really wanted to say thanks.

Wow, very disorganized. The computer system went down for point of sell. No one able to resolve the issue, had to send customers off site to get cash.Overheard, one employee ask another, to call for assistance. The employee who was asked to call, stated I am not doing that, all while they were doing very little to nothing. Truly sad.Like most businesses these days the owners/management is elsewhere.Definitely, would recommend not coming to this location.

They do haircuts well, but they need work on their overall skills. I had them trim and tidy my beard and my neck was extremely red and scratched up from the clippers. It was not a fun experience.
