I’ve been going here and other places for years trying to find someone who can cut my hair decently. Recently I’ve been going here to see a lady named Mirian, I can’t say enough about her she’s very kind, pays a lot of attention to detail and actually cares if you like your haircut. I highly recommend her.

Twice I’ve been to this place in both times employees just sitting there and reject customers all because they’re not on a list. How stupid is that how would you like to own a business and customers Being rejected all because there’s a list, but there’s no one there no one coming. Then the lady jumps up behind me and walks the door.

I’d give zero stars if possible. Checked in online with little under two hour wait. Drove to the location 20 mins early to check in to find someone ahead of me. So now my time goes from 1110 to 1140, then all of a sudden my wait time in store is another 2 hours. The stylist was going on lunch and the system doesn’t tell you. So I wasted all this time waiting to be told I can’t get my hair cut for another 2 hours. I could have been at home working but instead I’m shrugged off like my time doesn’t matter to these people. Super unprofessional and will not return ever. Lost my business

Was quoted 88 minutes which fit my time frame. Then the wait was drastically decreased to 50 minutes instantaneously.I called to let them know what happened and how I wouldn't be able to make it in 50 minutes and was assured it would be fine.When I came in I was told the system automatically pulls you off the check in list. Why was I told it was OK if it wasn't?Person who I spoke to today didn't seem to care or sympathize. I've been going to Sports clips for years but this is the first time I've had such a terrible experience. I'd rather spend the extra money on a hair cut where I don't have to deal with this.

Sarah, Sarah ,Sarah. She was passionate, detailed, vibrant and caring.Before Sarah I had the same stylist for almost 2 years. I would have to explain my desired cut for a year.Sarah remembered my preference in one visit. I didn't have to ask nor explain anything.All I did was enjoy my quiet time, have some fun conversation with Sarah and let her do her thing.Awesome job Sarah

This is the first time ive had a bad haircut experience, I usually ask for easy cuts. This was horrible service all together, she asks me what I want then looks at me confused. i asked for a tapper on the side and 1 inch off the top. She has an attitude right from the start, then turns me away from the mirror! When I ask to turn to the mirror they refuse! They wouldnt let me look at the cut as she was cutting, then she refused to cut my hair when I told her I wanted to look in the mirror... just simply asked her a few times, she refused each time frustratedly like I was bugging her with an impossible request... they do this thing where they turn you away so you cant look at their job, she turns to her fellow employee and says "he needs to go im done" and they both refuse me service. Im 26 and very PR savvy, they were rude, and neglectful of their duties as the service provider. They gave no hint of remorse in any way as I left the store halfway through getting my hair lazily clipped at, looking foolish. The haircutters manager was not in that day, and I could tell... never go here

You have to check in online.Reply to response: There’s nothing you can do except give priority to walk ins. It’s frustrating to show up at 4pm 2 hours before close and be denied service due to 5 people checked in on the app.

I checked in on the app. The wait time kept jumping around then got a text that stylist would be ready in 15 minutes. An hour and 1/2 later still #1 waiting. When I complained after finally getting in a chair I was totally blown off. Store "manager", Alexis basically said too bad, she defended their system. Offered no apology, no understanding of my frustration. Said I wasn't respectful. What about respect for my time wasted? Patricia, my stylist, who dies a good job thought it was no big deal. "Sometimes customers take longer than we think". She was with 1 guy over an hour while I sat there while my wait time kept getting pushed back. I left without a haircut and had to cancel an appointment I had due to Sports Clips totally screwed up system. Don't go to this place. The few dollars saved aren't worth it. (I asked for district manager's number and Alexis gave me her card with no info on her boss.

I got the worst haircut ever at this place! They didn't blend my side hair with my top hair and gave me such a bad and an uneven haircut. The stylist was so rude and wanted to complete my haircut in a few minutes. She treated my hair like a carpet (she used the trimmer like a vaccum cleaner). I could have got hurt! I will NEVER go to this place again. Anyone who comes here should know that they are taking a huge safety risk!
