Would give 0 stars if an option. We walked in 5:15 and were told we couldn’t get a haircut because they didn’t have time. I have been cutting my hair at sportsclips for years but not again.

2 hours, 2 hours is what I had to wait on my most recent visit to Sports clips at Westlake on 2/11/2024. Did I check in online you ask? Yes, I checked online for an appointment at 11:18AM. Why did I wait two hours for a haircut you ask, because when I go to in store to check in my name is not even listed on the wait screen. I had to RE-CHECK IN and WAIT 2 HOURS. While waiting for two hours I come across two other customers who also checked in online and their names were not listed on the wait screen. Did they wait the 2 hours, no they did not wait the two hours they left the store. The customers left the store which means not only does sports clips lose money but the stylist loses money. The online system failed which makes it hard on the stylist but most importantly the paying customer. There is no text nor email notification confirming ones check in online. Let me repeat that, there is not notification when checking in online for the customer, no text no email. During my two hour wait I thought about not tipping the stylist but how is that fair to someone who's only job is to cut hair not be in charge of an online check-in system. Did I tip the stylist, yes I did. Did I tip as much as usual no I did not due to a 2 hour wait. Bottom line sports clips dropped the ball BIG TIME. Whoever is in charge of your website / app needs to do better a lot better! How are you going to release an online system that does not work, people need to be held accountable. Whoever is in store needs to be priority, people who check in online but fail to make it in store need to have their reservation canceled after 15 or 30 min of not showing for their appointment. I will end with this two hours, two hours of time I lost of my life and I will never get that back due to your failed online check in.

I am very unsatisfied with the care & quality of my hair cut. I came in with a mop. A shaggy from scooby doo cut.It was time for a cut. Plenty of hair to work with…I presented Stacie with 3 references… all three pictures shown long & curly on top with short sides. I’d like to know why I left with a prison haircut…haha! I could have had my friend on the drunkest night cut hair better in his garage with buzzers than Stacie did…she is a nice girl but what the hell… off day? Or does she not know how to cut hair…be cautious.She gave me a buzz cut, but used scissors first so there are parts on the side of my head that make it appear as if I am balding… time for a barber I think LOL. Won’t be back

This company has ZERO respect for a customers time. Their scheduling app and appointment process is the worst I've ever seen in any business. - They ask you to download the app to make "appointments", but the app doesn't actually make am appointment, rather it gives you a "suggested" arrival time which you don't get to pick, it's just some random time hours after you check in. - When you arrive at the "suggested" time, they ask you to again, "check in" which is when you find out your actual wait time, which can be up to 2 hours after your suggested arrival time from the app. - In my specific case, I checked in to the app around 1 o"clock, which meant the suggested arrival time (3:53) was over 2 1/2 hours later. I took an hour off of work and arrived 10 minutes early at the store and was told to check in via the two kiosks, but both were broken, so they had to check me in manually. It was only then that I found out my TRUE appointment time, which was 1 1/2 hours after my suggested arrival time. I'm done with this company, you wasted an hour of my time and they offered no excuse and furthermore, I overheard one of the barbers throwing shade at me to another customer in her seat. Your app sucks, your employees don't give a crap about their customers and I will NEVER visit this store or any other Sport Clips, EVER

Came in to get a haircut. Put down my name on their computers system. Their monitor that displays the wait list was out of order. So instead of informing me and others that they wouldn't get to us in before closing time, they waited 35 min before telling us they won't get to us. Your employees are morons if they don't tell people there is no time as they come in. Just a little bit of consideration goes a long way.
