I’ve been going to this car wash for years; and unfortunately this time around was not good. I paid for a basic car wash and went about my evening not thinking anything was wrong till I saw what happened. The top lining of my car was ripped off while in the car wash. When I drove back to see if it was there, one of the workers was walking out the car wash with it. They were a super big help in trying to get it on, but unfortunately it was damaged enough that screws were gone as well.
I was given the email and phone number to the HR representative; I have reached out numerous times and still have not heard anything back. It’s been almost a month since the incident (August 8th) and still no word.
It’s frustrating that this hasn’t gone anywhere and I would like my car to be fixed from the damage this car wash caused. This whole incident has made me want to never go back.

I come to this store all the time to buy lottery tickets. When I approached the counter to purchase lottery tickets, the cashier asked me if I had enough money to pay for them. She ran my card once for one ticket, which my bank approved. Then, she wanted to run it several times for the rest of the tickets. If I had run my card several times, my bank probably would have thought my card was stolen. I think this is unacceptable, and I felt because I was black, she (white female) questioned if I had money. If you don't think customers have money, only ask for cash, not debit cards, because that will alleviate any issues. Also, I won 78, which she shortened me by $6. I was so upset that I did not realize it when I left. I asked to speak to a manager, and the cashier stated she would come in later. I called the store to find out when the manager would arrive, then said 5 am the next business day.

Spent $12 on a car wash for my car to still need to be washed afterwards... I was feeling lazy and decided to give it a try. never again.

Make sure to get a receipt when you pay for gas with cash. Tonight was the 2nd time in 2 years that I have been shorted. I did not have the energy to go ask them to add the extra 11 cents. It is about principal and honesty.Truly, our society as a whole is going downhill. There is no more impeccability in today’s world.

Walked in to use the restroom and the lady that was cleaning the restrooms made a rude comment and basically rushed me out the restroom stall I was in. Asked me "what I was doing in there, because I wasn't using the restroom according to her"...Which I found was very inappropriate and she literally stood in front of the restroom stall till I came out which made me even more uncomfortable.

This is the place to go if you want to see the worst and least competent cashiers. Several of our workers got harassed and racially profiled and insulted and made to pay twice for their food cause the woman decided they look like the people who “smoke too much socks”. after she was showed her mistake by a manager she denied ever saying anything and acted ignorantly.

Clerk at the counter has no customer service skills.She just looked at me.Didn't tell me how much I owed.Didn't say thank you.I asked for a manager and she remained silent.I asked the other clerk for a manager and she said she one would be here about 6:30.
