I love this place! I love walking in without an agenda and seeing what cool treasures I can find.✨ They only sell super cute exceptional quality clothing. It’s quickly become my favorite place to buy shoes and clothes for my little boy! Not to mention the manager, Lacey is the absolute sweetest and always such a joy!?

I really really want to love this place. However, you’re better off selling at Once Upon a Child or another local consignment. On the phone I confirmed which brands they take and what seasons they were buying for when I made my selling appointment. I brought in a tub of clothes that were all the name brands they carry and were in great condition or even better than some of what they carry in the store (Hanna Andersson, Janie & Jack, Nordstrom, Gap, etc). They didn’t take a single item of clothing and they took the one toy I brought in. The girl goes “we didn’t need any of this but we can offer you $5 for this” and then the other gal working says “actually we can offer you $3 cash or $4 trade in.” It was awkward. I purchased my one thing and I left. Not sure I plan to go back. I left with a bad taste of pretension in my mouth and annoyed I wasted my time.

Went to browse to see what I could find for my baby but the selection for baby boys is not that big or the greatest. Also the lady working there was pretty rude. When asked questions barely even made eye contact. After quickly browsing because I felt there was not much to pick from I said “thank you and bye” she didn’t even reply back, I kept walking and until she noticed I was leaving that’s when she said bye. The store was very quiet there was no way she didn’t hear me when I said it.

If your goal is to find very cheap baby/kids clothes, this probably isn't your place. If your goal is to reduce environmental waste, get a good deal, and also have your kids look cute- this is where you want to go. Are you going to find a $2 onesie like you would at goodwill? Nope! But you will find some great quality clothes that will last much longer. I was super impressed with how clean the store was. I've been in a few resale clothing stores in the area that were a hot mess. SparkleKids was well organized, and very clean. The lady up front, I am assuming was the owner, was very accommodating and checked on me twice while I was browsing to make sure I didn't need anything. I walked out with some great (very) gently worn items. I will definitely be back when I am in the area to shop their selection again.

I can only speak for my experience of trying to sell here... I'm sure it's a lovely place to shop... but offering $5 cash $7 trade for a brand new pair of upscale European shoes that cost $65 new is pretty bad. They were BRAND NEW and I only brought them because they didn't fit the intended wearer. Hmph.
