I've received both facials and haircuts here. Haircut wise, I am extremely impressed with Zareen. She was efficient with everything and I loved my hair. Dyson and Kérastase products were used which was another plus. The best facials are with Anna! She does a great job and provides a very peaceful and relaxing environment. All products used are amazing!!

They got us in at the last minute after another place canceled our appointment four days before our trip after booking it four months in advance. We do this every year for our anniversary regardless of where we’re traveling to and I have to say after all my massages this was the best Massage my husband and I have ever received. I can’t even remember our masseuse‘s name because we were so relaxed I would highly recommend this place

As a customer who loves giving 5 star reviews, I felt obligated to give a 1 star review to this place. If there was a 0 star, I would give it just that. This place is highly unprofessional, I had $350 worth of certificate money that was accessed by someone who I did NOT authorize to access. If you plan on buying gift certificates, I highly advise you to be cautious because anyone can come in and say that you gave your certificate away to them and they will honor it without even confirming. (Even if you paid for it and have the hard copy.) When you are ready to redeem your certificate that they so recklessly gave away, the owner will simply say too bad so sad instead of making it right. Making it right would be putting the customer first, acknowledging their mistake for recklessly giving your money away, apologizing for giving your money away, and making it come out of their pocket because it was their mistake. As a person, whose family owns a business, I believe that this is highly unethical. I recommend any spa, but this one. If you want to throw away your money, this place is it!

I am completely enamored with this Spa! Continually searching for an exceptional masseuse, I have finally discovered Arturo! Managing to secure an appointment with him, I was tremendously pleased with his services. He possesses an innate understanding of precisely where your body requires the most attention. Soo.. I’ve been coming here for years. I have never had a bad experience ever, but I was a bit disappointed in the new(?) desk lady. (Young, with brown hair with bangs.)I was somewhat flustered by the way she talked to me. I will admit, I was running late due to unforeseen events. I showed up about 8 minutes late and was told I would probably lose some of my time for my massage. That’s ok. I understand, it’s my fault for running late. That wasn’t the problem. It was just the way she spoke to me..I was so flustered already from running late (I hate running late, so I called the front desk as soon as I got in the car), then she was not very kind, and I was about in tears just from anxiety. NOT the way you want to feel before a massage. But Art did an amazing job! Perfect pressure, communicative, and most importantly, polite. I was beyond calm, cool, and collected by the time I left.When I finished my massage with Art, he gave me water and wished me a good day.I’m not sure of her name, and maybe she is just having a bad day… but I felt it warranted a review. I am still giving 5 stars, because I’ve been coming here for years and one bad experience isn’t going to deter that.

I had the best deep tissue/sports massage from Art. I had shoulder pain, and he did an excellent job releasing the tension and reducing the pain. If you want an authentic deep-tissue massage give Art a try.

I love this spa. Staff is wonderful, place is always clean and Melissa gives the best Swedish massage in my opinion. You can't go wrong booking here.

We came to Austin for a bachelorette trip and when the weather was not all sunshine, we changed our plans to include Spa At the Lake which ended up being the HIGHLIGHT of our trip. On short notice, they were able to accommodate our group of 6 girls and we all enjoyed our services SO MUCH. I received a facial and it was the best facial I’ve ever had. Although I don’t remember her name, the women who did my facial had worked there for many many years and said the staff was like family. The staff is extremely hospitable and if I lived in Texas, I would be a regular here!!

I got my eyebrows, chin and lips waxed. It seemed like they were trying to conserve on wax because they did two small arras on my chin. Not only did they not get all the hair there, but they also missed quite a few in areas on my chin that should have been waxed. On my eyebrows, very small areas waxed. There are still eyebrow hairs left where they waxed. I didn't see the problem until I got home. When I called, they refunded my money.
