Austin did a great job on my Acura. The alternator went out, and he noticed that the battery cable got very hot - He kept it for an extra day to make sure after test drives and battery checks that there was no issue with the electrical. Most places would not go the extra mile here. Price was good and there were no extra costs after doing more work at the end. A++

Been coming here for over 15 years. Rick retired but Aaron is still around and it’s nice to see him behind the counter. Austin is keeping the business model of honest work at good prices the same.

Been doing business with these guys for well over 10 years. I am proud to know they are my "neighborhood" mechanic.
I do a lot of basic repairs and maintenance myself. But when it comes to a tricky diagnosis, major work or big repairs, I trust Southwest Auto. Every time I go in, I see familiar faces and I've never been pressured into unnecessary work. I've even been referred to the dealer when a major (dealer-only) warranty or recall repair was needed.
I trust the master mechanic's (Aaron) judgement and advice.

Communication regarding repair and timing for repair was was very good. The shop was clean and orderly and Austin was super friendly. Would highly recommend for your next auto repair.

Recover, evacuate and recharged AC system on daughter’s Chevy Equinox. All done in little over 4 hours. Total cost was in line with estimate. Very happy with service. Didn’t miss Rick A bit?. Just jabbing if Rick is out there. Austin was very helpful

This shop and the staff is great! They won't sell you what you don't need. Austin prepared me for the worst, in terms of what parts might be needed. In the end, the additional parts weren't needed and they were honest about it. Highly recommend.

Returning customer, always happy with the honesty and service here. Austin really took the extra time to explain their process, and recommendations on a potentially major issue, performed a test and additional deep dive inspection and vehicle health check. Not pushy for add ons or up-sells. Highly recommend.
