John Wayne airport shipping gal has not done a professional sales consultant job. Will vote with our feet. CS keeps giving a run around in the hope this will fizzle out. Beware! Know how much before shipping. Bad business practices

OMG. I am so grateful that I discovered this place. I am also embarrassed that I didn’t know about it, because I’m a loyal Southwest customer. We live in Puerto Rico, and always have a hard time shipping things over there. These guys will ship most of your items at a very reasonable price, and they will do it safely on an airplane. The ladies in the office are extremely nice. It is your typical Southwest friendliness. I highly recommend.

Best place to do business with, employees take great pride in knowing their customers and they treat your cargo with care. Shipments arrive in a speedy and timely manner and when they don’t they track them down to resolve any delays.

AMAZING! Southwest airlines are super fast with lugage, Turbulance is never too bad, I went from Austin Bermstorm international airport to detroit mishigan and it is my first time flying! I am very impressed with staff, Pilots and TSA!
