Strung me along for 3 hours waiting on a simple Texas safety inspection on my motorhome. They don’t understand the DOT and State inspection laws and when I showed them in writing o. The state website they continued to argue saying it’s a DOT inspection. While held “captive” I overheard the front desk lady talking trash about it being DOT and I didn’t know what I was talking about and if she heard one more thing she was going to go off. Horrible experience at this location

customer handling by Alex at front desk is pathetic. He is too annoyed to take customer and know their needs. I had southern tire mart a good impression but customer service is worse than you expect.

I called them on a whim seeking businesses that do alignments. I spoke with Alex. He was very professional and friendly, he was also able to get me right in. Upon explaining my issues they were able to do a diagnostic to determine the issue. They were not quick to just do what I asked and take my money. They explained the cause and showed me the diagnosis on paper and then again made sure I understood and approved of any work before performing. Professional, efficient, friendly, and honest.

If you have a large RV, this is the place for annual state inspections. They have super friendly staffs and plenty space for your RV to turn.

Brian Orozco & Alex Villarreal located at Southern Tire Mart on US 290 are true professionals! They’ve got me back on the road faster than any other place in the Austin metroplex. I will continue to bring my vehicles here for tires, oil changes, or any mechanical issues. Thank you Brian and Alex for all your help! They always greeted me at the door and welcomed me with a smile. If they are not already trainers for costumer service they should be. They would be great leaders in a manger role when needed to fill in. I will definitely return because of Alex & Brian.

I tell you what, service there is awesome,, head a giant nail in my trailer tire on the 18 wheeler and no wait these guys gas me in and out in no time, definitely recommend them for tire service
