I can't say enough good things about the staff at Soma! Devin helped us today, and she was absolutely wonderful—so kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. We've had the pleasure of working with Naomi before, and she was just as awesome! Both of them are so knowledgeable about the products and really make you feel comfortable during your shopping experience. The customer service here is top-notch, and I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for great products and an even better shopping experience!"

I love Soma. They have been a reliable brand for me since early college. My mom used to buy me a set of their pajamas every few Christmases as a special treat. I realized today that I have been wearing the same pj sets since 2017. No’Amie was incredible!! She found me the perfect strapless bra for an event tomorrow. And she was able to find my favorite bra I’ve been using for years without me even telling her it was my favorite. She was kind, attentive, so familiar with the products and able to be the Sherlock Holmes of bras for me!

It was nice to be so well taken care of while buying a bra. I'm not 100 % sure yet how happy I am with my purchases. However the staff was very helpful, even though they were extremely busy and out of some products.

I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to this time. Devin was amazing and provided me with excellent customer service! Really helpful insights on available styles of undergarments to help meet my needs. She was so knowledgeable about the types of fabrics, cuts, and fit and which undergarments would be best with the type of clothes I need to wear for work.This was my first time at Soma, and thanks to Devin, I will be a loyal customer from now on!

My wife loved the new bra selection! Noami was really helpful! They have a great bra recycling program also. We will be back for more when the time comes.

It’s not normally like me to leave a bad review for a retail business but I was completely appalled by the staff here. The red headed lady ( I wish I would’ve gotten her name) is completely unprofessional, rude, and needs more customer service training. She does not know how to treat paying customers and makes the experience unenjoyable. She was very dramatic saying we’re ruining the merchandise when we were just looking through the drawers of bras. Not to mention when my friend was in the fitting room, I guess we didn’t realize the time and they were closing in 5 minutes but the redhead sales lady told her co worker as loud as can be “we close in 5 minutes and as soon as the clock turns 7, I’m closing the register” which was completely rude to say when you have a paying customer in the store. I used to be a Retail Store Manager not very long ago myself, so I completely understand wanting to go home and not wanting customers to come in 15 minutes before closing but there is just a way to say things and a way to not say things. We were obviously in the store looking for no harm, just shopping a didn’t realize the time. Because of that lady, I will no longer be a shopper at this Soma and I hope the next Soma store will have better staff.

I hate shopping for anything, so that's why I have taken so long to get properly measured for a bra! Tiffany was awesome and super helpful and answered all my questions! My sizing was way different then I expected so that's why everyone should be professionally measured! When I give into shopping again I will go see Tiffany at Soma

I have been wearing sports bras with my scrubs in the medical field for years and I just got a new office job so I needed to get real bras for office attire! I haven't been sized in years and had no idea where to start or even how bras are supposed to fit or feel. I have been educated! Devin helped me and my mom today find perfect bras and helped so much with sizing, explaining what to look for, and finding the perfect fit. She was so attentive, kind, patient, knowledgeable and I am so thankful for her help! I left with three bras and I'm so ready for Monday at my new job!!!!!!!! Thank you Soma & Devin!

I absolutely love Soma. I’ve spent a lot of money here. Staff is rude tho. Once I know my size, I’d much rather shop online. Honestly dread going in that store. Do love the bras and built-in bra pjs.
