We have only been with Snackbox for a few months now but can speak to how positive the relationship has been so far. Besides all the normal accolades you might expect from a favored marketing group (quality, service, responsiveness), we have enjoyed their organized approach to not only our marketing plan but the feedback and analytics. I had the opportunity of working with Snackbox in my role as a regional marketing manager for a growing QSR brand. During that time SnackBox did a tremendous job partnering with our leadership team to not only craft a strategic PR vision for our brand but, also in executing that vision on a daily basis throughout all of our markets. What I found to be most impressive about Jenna and her team as well as what separated them from other agencies, was their ability to quickly react to opportunities that came from the local market. Time and time again they created unexpected opportunities within my local markets by identifying the key messages within a story in order to secure valuable, brand consistent media placements. I’ve yet to work with another agency that has showed the ability to gain both national and local media placements on such a consistent and impactful level. Jenna and everyone on the Snackbox team are a pleasure to work with and are extremely talented at what they do.

Jenna and her team are fabulous. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a PR agency that is nimble, creative, and responsive. Though we are one of their smaller client businesses, we never feel second tier. The relationship has been genuine and honest. Also, all of her team is just super pleasant and easy to work with. As if all of this weren’t enough, she also has ridiculously cute dogs. 10 stars!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Snackbox is. They're professional, knowledgable, and so friendly that they make even stressful customer situations easy to deal with. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing help with social media, PR, or just a fresh new approach to how they've always done things. While Snackbox is primarily focused on PR, they offered my team a whole lot more than that. The Snackbox team became an extension of all our marketing efforts. They took a very real interest in our company, the challenges we faced and helped us develop effective tactics to overcome them. Jenna and the team have access to a great media network, their rates make sense and when they talk results, you get numbers that mean something. In past experiences with PR firms, you get a lot of vanity metrics that don't really relate to revenue... I appreciate that Snackbox has a different approach.
