Got a Friday the 13th Tattoo with Sando and he did an excellent job! Super cool shop and they had a really big selection for Friday the 13th flash :) everyone was super friendly and festive for Halloween

Smoking mirror was cleaning, relaxing, and the staff were excellent. Jason Jones was professional and friendly and designed exactly what I was wanting - better than I could ever imagine it. I was cared for throughout the entire appointment by both Jason and Sando with snacks and drinks. 10/10 would go here again.Service: Tattoos

I went into Smoking Mirror and didn't have an appointment. Sando immediately turned around and greeted me at the door. I explained to him that I was having a rough day and I needed a tattoo. He was in the middle of a big piece and told me to give him an hour, text him the tattoos that I wanted and he'd do them the same day. After sending the images he replied promptly and said he'd be ready in 30 minutes. The entire experience was a life changer for me (because I have several tattoos and have NEVER had a better experience). I HIGHLY recommend this tattoo shop, you won't regret it!!!

Such a rad tattoo shop. The artists are fun, inviting, and most of all crazy talented. I only go to Sando for my pieces and he's amazingly talented. His sketches always way outdo my ideas and he never rushes and makes the whole experience enjoyable. His tattoos hold up incredibly and he's always down for my suggestions and color palette. Overall, this is the only shop I trust to do my work and I can't recommend it enough.

Love this shop! The environment is great and so are the artists. They are all very talented and friendly. I have had several pieces done by Aura. Definitely my favorite artists in Austin. Will definitely be back!

Smoking Mirror is a community of super talents artists, I've had work done by Sando, who truly makes the process a great experience on so many different levels and is super knowledgeable, esp about pre-hispanic art, but also turned my vision into tangible art. Super impressed! I plan to get work from some of the other artists also because they all have unique styles. Jerrid does amazing portraits - I haven't seen anything like his work in Austin. Would highly recommend to any and everyone!

First found them on Instagram and their skill brought me in. Once I came through for a consult, I could tell how much they cared about me as a client and their environment. I also noticed they take in walk-ins on quick pieces.
