Asked if they had a product in store and they ended up not having it. He went out of his way to pick it up for me overnight. Saved me from having to wait a week or two for shipping. Really chill and nice people who work here. The Dragon Egg btw is absolutely amazing. Thank you guy's.

This place deserves all the stars! Recently moved here from Dallas and had no idea where to start lol I can’t remember the guys name who helped us out but he was very professional and knowledgeable of the products. I’ll surely be a frequent customer!! 10/10

I showed up there and the guy that works there was shutting the doors bc he decided to go outside and smoke a cigarette and made me wait for 10 min in 30 degrees outside

Super chill, the staff is all really nice including the guy who runs it. Never had a problem here. They have a great variety of glass, wraps, papers, accessories, gear, decor, vapes, snacks and more! Def worth checking out

Used to go there for like 6 months, till a new guy arrived, disrespectful, not even good with the smoke accessories, there was a cool Afro American guy like me who was chill,till that guy came lol.

This review was updated from 1 star to 5 because of the stellar customer service and follow up performed by this business.After experiencing an issue with a transaction and then some communication problems about those transactions, I left a review reflecting how I felt at that time.Their team Manager then went out of their way to personally contact me the next day and discussed this matter with me at length providing me with all of the information I needed and listening to what I needed to say, giving me the assurance I needed.I deeply appreciate their actions, and will be returning to this store often and recommending it to others.Shout out to Scott and Ali for all of their help and customer service.
