Received clarification and thorough information on different products. They took the extra step to call the manufacturer to make sure a product I wanted to buy was safe for my current situation. Great shop, the kid with the tattoos and glasses is very nice and attentive. I could’ve stayed in there and chatted with him the rest of the day. He helped me and my girlfriend figure out what type of water pipe we wanted within 15 minutes and I went in there having no clue what a down stem even was in the first place. Very clean shop and it even smells great. Best and most friendly shop ive been to in Austin by far.

Everyone here was so friendly and willing to help! They have some crazy glass and just about everything you could think of smoke wise. 10/10 recommend and I will definitely be back!

I used to come here all the time. The staff is honestly just so arrogant and they lie about the products so much. But they were the only place to get great stuff. Now THCA is out and they are so far behind the curb. they have so few products and they are way over priced.bahama mama or ropeace up the street has 8 times the thca products , they are way more fairly priced and you dont have to deal with the arrogant employees hereThey told me they dont sell HHC because they care about what they give there customers but they sell nitous oxide carts behind the counter lmao

I literally love this place, they care about their clients, they only sell the best products, and their employees are warm, welcoming, and helpful! ALWAYS TIP!!!! They also care about maintaining clientele and have given me free samples of vapes. Chris specifically helped me so much today, but all of the employees I’ve ever met are stellar
