Smartphone Repairz is super responsive and knowledgeable. Both times I've gone there it has cost more than $100 less than the competition for the same job. The technician, Jared, remembered my phone and issue when I returned from a month of travel. He had researched the situation while I was gone and was ready to go with the solution! I am very happy to recommend this outstanding local business.

I went here to get my green iPhone 11 repair. It needed the back glass replaced. I walked in a Jared was polite and able to fix my one really quickly. I had gone to 2 other Phone repair place where they didn't use genuine apple parts and charged about 25% more and were very unprofessional and had long wait times. Smart Phone Repairz was just the opposite. Using genuine apple parts they were polite professional and affordable. I strongly recommend this place. If management reads this give your boy Jared a raise!! Thanks again y'all Merry Christmas.

Thank you Smart Phone Repairz !! My phone was in bad shape after I busted the phone screen, thinking it was a goner cause the screen was black, but no they fixed it with ease ! I also did my l research and they had the best price in town !!

Great experience, went in for a broken screen. Turned out it was just the screen protector. Could have easily charged me for a screen repair but had integrity and honesty and saved me a ton. Would recommend this place to anyone.

The battery on my motorola phone began to slowly explode. I went to a major "batteries something" place where they told me they didn't stock motorola batteries (perhaps the company is too small?). So i bought one on line and went back to the battery store. They offered to install it for $20 but soon said they didn't have the tools.I found Smart Phone Repairz on line and took them my whining, phone, and battery.For a pittance bench charge of $40 they installed the new battery in 30 min and didn't even charge me for the stripped screws that the "Batteries Minus" yo-yos messed up.

Shocked at all the low ratings. I went in today for my charging port to be fixed. Phone wouldn't hold a charge. They explained the options and I moved forward with just paying for it to be fixed. Cheaper than buying a new iPhone. Went on my lunch break and the technician was done in 20 minutes. I was very impressed as I was already pressed for time. They spoke to me with dignity and didn't make me feel bad for asking questions. This is my second time going ( 5 years back for another phone that had a shattered screen). The service was excellent and the prices were fair. Got two phones and a tablet fixed for less than the cost of replacing any one of them.
