For over 20 years my husband and I have been sleeping on a sleep number bed and loved it. So, when we planned to move out of state we purchased a new flex top sleep number bed in Brea, CA and have it delivered to our new home in Texas since it was 3 to 4 weeks delivery. We confirmed the correct address but when it was finally delivered - they delivered it to our old address in CA so we had to wait another 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. I felt this was Sleep Numbers error and asked them to try to get the bed sooner since we had been having to sleep on blow up mattress, but they did nothing to get it to us faster.Then after a few weeks of sleeping on the flex bed, we found it to be very uncomfortable and not what we wanted but we I contacted them for an exchange the sale person failed to tell us that the 100-night trial does NOT include the adjustable frame. All sales are final on this very expensive part of the bed. The comment when I questioned the return policy - the sales person stated we can return the bed, never going over with us the complete return policy about the frame.We ended up having to exchange the mattress only. Over the years we had recommended Sleep Number Beds but I am very unhappy with the customer service and will never recommend Sleep Number Beds again.

Had a great experience with Mike and felt really comfortable making the decision to buy our Sleep Number. Also felt like we got a good value thanks to a lot of great communication and great customer service.

Dennis was very attentive and helpful..... My wife and I arrived 30 mins before closing time and were still able to make a decision on our new bed without feeling rushed or anything. We have not recieved our bed as of yet but our in store experience was great!

I was looking for a mattress, ready to buy. Came in to the store and the guy was busy, didn’t even notice we were there. I get that part. After several minutes , he asks if we have an appointment. I don’t know I needed one. Then he says it may take 30 minutes to get back to us. First time this happens. Never trying anything else in this store

Very GOOD, the manager help . Very knowledgeable of his product. Helped my daughter through the whole process of trying out the beds and picking the right one. If I need something I know I will go back to the South Park Meadow Store.

James Ruiz was able to answer all my questions. He is very knowledgeable about the mattresses. I did not feel rushed or pressured.He walked me through the different options. I have not yet received my mattress, which is the real test at home. However, the service at the store was great.

Walked in to the store, we're shopping for new mattress, this guy came to help and I told him we're just looking and we don't have too much time, he responded that shopping for mattress is not a looking thing,I had to lay down and try it and if we didn't have enough time to do his process I should leave and come back when I have time. Rude and not professional, I definitely not buying from a person like that.

Having a bad back/hips and recent knee replacement, I haven’t slept well for the past two years. We decided to give the Sleep Number beds a try. Normally after a few minutes laying down I have trouble getting up, but even after ten to fifteen minutes laying on the Sleep Number bed while determining our numbers and explaining how the bed works, I was able to stand up with ease. My only problem is that I have to come home to my old bed until the new Sleep Number bed is delivered knowing something better exists. Josh and Mike were very helpful. Highly recommend to anyone having chronic back pain and trouble sleeping to come and experience comfort and rest.

Great service; great products. Bed delivered yesterday by Deramus and Anthony. They were professional and courteous; explained everything thoroughly. We’ve only had one night on the sleep number bed, but looking forward to many more!

Salesmen are predatory and lie about the return policy. They claim it can all be returned during a trial period so you feel comfortable making such an important purchase, but it's not true. Then they feed you the line about reading the terms and conditions when they lied to you about them in the first place...despicable. Avoid adjustable frames, better yet avoid sleep number altogether.

My husband and I went into the Southpark Meadows location on a Saturday. There was an issue with the bank systems being down, so they were unable to process the transaction. Not a big deal, but after going home we decided we did not want to proceed. We called the store and told them that we did not want to move forward and to cancel the transaction.Two days later, we receive an order confirmation. We called the store to try and understand what happened. Mike marques (the store manager) basically confirmed that they knew we canceled the order and they put it through anyway (this is called fraud in case anyone was not sure). When confronted with this, Mike was beyond rude stating "I could cancel this on my iPad but I am not going to. You can call customer service and have them do it" and then hung up.Completely outrageous, dishonest and at the end of the day they are participating in fraudulent activities. The sad thing is we were still interested, but wanted to do a little more research on our options. Way to go Mike, your greediness lost a potential $5k deal.

We purchased our basic $3,000 bed and platform. Got it delivered second week of May. By June 20th both sides of the bed are deflated completely, custom support says 2 weeks before next appointment. In the meantime I have no bed and no where to sleep. I would never recommend buying this bed. I should have gone with temperpedic. Now I have to throw out the bed and buy a new one, not even 60 days in. Worst investment.
