These people are spammers, I have been getting spammed from people at this business for months. There is no method for unsubscribing, they are breaking the law by sending unsolicited emails continuously. The US Federal trade commission lays out rules for sending commercial email and these people disregard every rule and law. i would no more do business with spammers than I would jump off a bridge. I suggest that you don't either.

I worked with Bubba and his team a year ago in optimizing his system for efficiency with part of his software technology. I function as a Consultant in the mortgage industry and have 30 years experience as a Licensee and Broker in California, and later as a licensed Originator in Texas.Bubba has a very interesting niche and one he fills very efficiently, legally, and fairly to his customers. I have a very high regard for what he is doing businesswise, and thoroughly respect the way he has managed his relationships with his customers and professional associates.I recommend him highly.

A few months ago, I reached out to Bubba to inquire as to how I could purchase an investment property. He immediately responded with all the answers needed to ensure I had all that was needed. In time, I finally found the property, but when dealing with all that was required for the finances, did run into problems (by fault of my own, I'll admit). Nonetheless, we worked the problem until all was finally satisfactory for the lender & their requirements. It was a learning process, but he steered the way to work through things with me. I definitely believe if I was working with someone else, they wouldn't have worked as hard and the deal could have possibly been lost! I'll definitely be reaching out to Bubba and his team in the future with my other endeavors.

I was referred to Bubba from our real estate agent in Tennessee. We have owned and developed before but Tennessee and short term rentals were new to us. Bubba's answer was always I'll find a way. We have since used him with 2 properties over $1MM each. We will continue to use him as we grow our STR portfolio.
