Our locker was broken into 5 years ago. My father and I were loyal, obedient tenants. No gate or security at all. Moved the rest of our stuff out, and It took the staff almost 3 months to notice we left after calling to ask about delinquent rent

I have been Hadley's tenant since time began! Seriously I think it's been about 40 years! Great units priced reasonably and Hadley really cares about his tenants! He's gone out of his way on more than one occasion for me and I am eternally grateful!

I will give it a 5 star rating due to having my unit there since 2015 and have never had any issues. I have seen lighting is minimal but some people put up their own solar type for the price that he charges compared to other places and size of the unit. We have had no issues and we have always gotten a response even if they didn't answer the first time they call back. And we use to have faucet water there but people start to take advantage and start wanting to live on site and that only brings problems to the site. Basically it's like this people it's a storage facility to store things not to live there.

Pretty happy with the place...my stuff seems safe I like that people work from there which adds to the security I think.

Terrible place to rent from. Manager made an agreement to allow me to use for my bicycle shop. She was the owners girlfriend, when they broke up the owner evicted me trying to say I was sleeping there. He confiscated one of my personal bikes(actually stole it). Which I reported to the police and never got it back as well as charging me for a whole extra month cause my disability check comes on the third and he wouldn't give me a grace period

Storage units are fairly downtrodden and dated. No lighting at night to speak of.
