The salon is beautiful and Olga is AMAZING. I was nervous going in but Olga knows exactly what she’s doing! She is very knowledgeable, made me feel amazing and I’m grateful I had her as my stylist. I found my dress and I couldn’t be happier with my experience here.

I went to 6 bridal shops around Austin and Signature was by far the best! Their selection is AMAZING! Many of the dresses I wanted to try online were only at this shop. Despite my budget being larger, they never brought me more expensive dresses or pressured me to purchase. I also really appreciate when stores let you look at the dresses on the floor and pick them yourself because I know what I like best and might see something unique I would have never tried otherwise. Bianca and Christina? (I’m so sorry if I misremembered your name) were so professional and sweet. Bianca made my first appointment feel so fun and never gave her unsolicited opinion or pressured me to rank dresses/styles (which can add so much pressure). She really let me think and feel out the process and I’m so thankful for that because it led me to my dream dress! My second appointment to purchase was just as amazing as the first! They had THE dress already pulled into a room so I could put it on and surprise my mom and sister who hadn’t seen it yet. We took measurements and went through the paperwork thoroughly so I feel so confident in my decision and cannot wait to pick up my dress and veil when they come in! It’s a bit of a drive from Austin but it is so worth it. I cannot recommend this shop enough!!

I made multiple appointments for bridal salons in both Austin and San Antonio when I was looking for my wedding dress. I was shopping at the Galleria and my mom encouraged me to just "pop" in to see what Signature Bridal Salon had. So without an appointment we headed in and were met by the owner, Ashley, who is so sweet and accommodating. She allowed us to look through the dresses to see if her salon had dresses that I was interested in. That same day I booked with Signature and cancelled every single other appointment.Ms. Olga assisted me in finding my dress and let me tell you, if you want to confidently find your dress she is your girl! Unfortunately I am a person that needs to evaluate all of my options before picking. After approximately 20 dresses, and zero negativity or pressure, I found THE one!I scheduled an accessory appointment to try on different veil length and styles with my dress. I felt no pressure to purchase a veil right then and there but was encouraged to take my time when picking.I was worried that my dress would not come in time for the alterations that I would like done, the salon kept me informed of the shipping ETA very promptly. When my dress arrived I was able to make an appointment a few days later and it was perfection. My questions and very very minor concerns were answered immediately.I cannot recommend Signature Bridal Salon enough! Every single employee is so positive, informative and made an experience that I had a lot of stress about so wonderful and enjoyable! Thank you to every single person at Signature!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Signature Bridal. I was able to try all types of varieties of gowns, as I had no idea what I envisioned myself wearing... I ended up saying yes to a one-of-a-kind that I absolutely fell in love with. I couldn't have been happier with my experience here! Ashley, the owner, is absolutely incredible!

My party was very dissatisfied with the service. Trinity was very rude, controlling, rushing the bride and was not being reasonable about what the bride wanted. Not allowing her to pick the dresses that we wanted. was very opinionated and did not allow the bride to make her own decisions about the dresses she was trying on or wanting to try on. We did not have a good experience at all, finding a wedding dress was supposed to be the brides decision, her thoughts. But what she wanted was completely stripped away from her the moment we walked into signature bridal. After we filled out paperwork and gave a reasonable price range me and the bride overheard multiple employees pointing out our budget and from that moment we were treated differently, all because we couldn't afford 5,000 dollar wedding dresses which i believe was ridiculous. From that moment it felt as though the entire shop would'nt give us the proper experience that we were so deserving of as for every women who steps into a bridal shop. Instead we were scrutinized, belittled, and rushed throughout the entire process. Trinity was absolutely ridiculous, very opinionated, telling our bride "i don't think that's what you want", "you say you want this style but i don't think that's true". unbelievable, its the BRIDES WEDDING not hers.

I had an incredible experience at Signature Bridal Salon. Natalie was amazing in helping me choose my favorite gown and she was incredibly patient, understanding and helpful! She had great recommendations and was super flexible during the process. She truly made my fitting experience so comfortable and enjoyable! The store has one of the largest selections of gowns, and had a ton of beautiful options within our price range. All the fitting rooms are spacious and private, and there are multiple mirrors with different lighting options! Overall it was a fantastic experience and I could not recommend it more!

This is an amazing Bridal Salon.....Ashley is wonderful and attends to every little detail with care and professionalism. She is a breathe of fresh air and there's no one I would rather work with in Austin! Run to her, she's the best!

We were at Signature Bridal today shopping for my sister gown and I just had to come on here and rave about how amazing the customer service and over all experience was! We had Olga helping us out and she was amazing she did everything in her power to make the experience everything and more. She dod understand that we were going to a few more shops so she didn't pressure my sister into anything but gave her all of the information to come back with if she wanted the dress from there. She took amazing photos of my sister and helped her in trying on accessories. Honestly I cant say enough good things about Olga she was just amazing 10/10 love her sm!!

Everyone here is amazing and tries to make the experience as easy as possible— Natalie was my consultant and was so so amazing, she gave me great honest feedback and made recommendations based on what styles I feel comfortable in (and trust me, they have a plethora of beautiful options). Found my dress here and couldn’t recommend them (and Natalie) enough!!

My experience with Signature Bridal was absolutely amazing! Being a plus size girl some stores only carry certain styles but I was able to try on so many dresses. Thank you, Tonya for making feel so comfortable and beautiful. I believe I found my dress just need my girls to come with me to confirm.

Olga was our stylist and she went above and beyond!! She took reins of the situation, took my preferences into account and really made the experience unforgettable for my group and I. My sister and cousin even said that the moment they get engaged they're coming back to have Olga help with their dress! The store is also beautiful with plenty of light and mirrors so you can see yourself from every angle and the gowns are reasonably priced. In general I just loved it all!
