Stopped into the Sherwin-Williams store at 4:45 which is 15 minutes before closing time and needed to have one quart of paint tinted a little darker. Not a big deal something that could’ve taken 20 minutes. The young man worked to tint the paint, but it was still just a shade off and needed a couple more drops to darken it, by that time it had reached 5 o’clock. The attendant said I would have to come back during regular store hours to finish. I told him it’s only gonna take five minutes to put a couple extra drops and darken it, but he refused. The good news is the contractor I work for has an account at a different paint company. Why sacrifice thousands of dollars business to not help someone. Poorest customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.

Not worthy of even one star - Absolutely useless and unhelpful service at this location. Unable to answer any. specific. question. about color or undertones. Refused to even LOOK at pictures to offer suggestions. Obviously colors look different on the phone than in real life - say your disclaimer if needed but still LOOK and guide us to some potential options and swatches. Give us the opportunity to ask questions so you can provide input.This dude has no idea about cool or warm paint, undertones, what some new builds are using that are in the colors we are looking for, what are some popular ones nowadays. This is a paint store that doesn't know anything about paint. Lol.Received the absolute opposite service at Rooster's Paint Center in Round Rock and highly recommend them over this 'paint store'.

Worst experience I have ever had at a Sherwin-Williams store. We got there at 3:48PM on a Sunday. We already knew what paint we needed, but the guy working told my wife that he wasn't going to get stuck mixing paint and that she would have to leave because he was locking up. He then escorted her out and locked the doors at 4PM, instead of 5pm

Rude employees, after waiting 45 minutes in a hot store for what seemed to be the only employee I could see finish assisting the same customer I walked up to him while he sat in his chair and kindly said “Hi, I have a quick question” which he very rudely responded with “I’m busy, I can’t help you”. I stood there stunned by his response and a few moments later a different employee walked in from the back and said he could help. I asked him my question to which he recommended I go to the store in Pflugerville or Round Rock since they have a bigger selection. Take this employees advice, go to a different location where they hopefully offer a better experience.

Just like the other six people standing in their waiting for customer service Sherwin-Williams has a great product but there's service sure does stink walking around talking and drinking sodas looking for something who-knows-what until actually throw my stuff out on the counter that I can hold it any longer then she decided to come up to see if I need help and then it turns out she don't have the basic White Collar anyway what a joke if this was my store I fire everyone

I came to this Sherwin Williams location with a problem, and Hayden made sure I left with a solution. He was fast, attentive, professional, and knowledgeable. No reason to go anywhere else for paint. Thanks again, Hayden!

Shout out to Gabriel, who offers great customer service! He was very helpful w/ making paint suggestions & taking the time to explain the different paint sheens to us. We were needing help w/ getting a few quotes to get our downstairs area painted & Gabriel was helpful w/ suggesting a few contractors to reach out to that had their info posted on the board located inside of this location. I've been repainting several rooms in my house. The local Sherwin Williams was having a sale, so I decided to try one of their lines of paint, thinking it would be higher quality than what I had been getting at Lowes. I explained my project to the sales rep, and I ended up getting the Emerald brand. I'm not happy with how my project came out. The paint didn't have great coverage, and the sheen ended up looking splotchy. I'm not sure if the problem is with the paint itself or because I went with the Satin sheen at the sales rep's recommendation. (I had told him I was painting a tall accent wall and that the other walls of the room were in an Eggshell sheen. It seems that Matte is probably the equivalent and what he should have recommended.) I'm going to have to redo the wall, and this time I'll go back to the brand I was getting from Lowes.UPDATE: A Sherwin Williams representative and the store manager helped me obtain a product better suited for my project. I'm now much happier with my accent wall, and I truly appreciate how dedicated Sherwin Williams is to customer satisfaction.

Service is horrendous. Phone is just ringing line out the door and no front end people. Avoid this location unless you have a entire afternoon for a cn of paint

Second time coming to this location and they are closed. Walked up to the door to find a printed off piece of paper with their store hours that are different than what Google states.

Guy behind the counter eating grapes and then this store is out of $25 quarts of flat latex today so I have to buy a $35 gallon (this math makes perfect sense - I guess 1/4 of $35 would have been too hard to calculate. But wait - not just out of quarts of flat latex today. They are also out of $35 gallons so the only choice is a $45 gallon or drive around to other stores. I should have started my quest at Home Depot or Lowes. Save yourself the aggravation of going to "Paint Store" and also call first wherever you go. Quarts are in short supply?
