Simon is amazing! I needed a ton of paint, he delivered immediately… I needed more paint, less than 12 hours and it was on the way! Highly recommend this company and this team for any paint needs!!

From all the Sherwin Williams location in Austin tx area, this it’s the best store, the customer service it’s amazing.The store manager Simon it’s a very helpful person especially when you need the right product for the paint proyect.

Never had a good experience getting paint from this location.I understand there's a supply shortage and a staff shortage but this location is just never organized. They dont know how to organize their workers and the orders. I also understand they get a lot of orders from commercial builders as well as residential but again... they just dont know how to stay organized.Thinking about placing an order online or via phone? DON'T. Your best bet is to go in person and wait the 1.5+ hours to ensure they actually write it down and put it in their system. I cannot tell you the amount of times I have placed orders via phone in the mornings to stop by in the afternoon just for them to tell me no one got my order and now I have to wait until the next day!The congress location is just as busy and short staffed as this location and they ALWAYS get my order ready when they say it'll be ready. Never had issues with that store. This Burleson Rd store needs to rework the way they do things so that they can better organize their orders to minimize wait time and ensure their customers get the paint/supplies they ordered on time.I advise anyone trying to order from this store to skip it. Dont waste your early mornings waiting more than an hour at the store waiting to place an order for supplies that they wont have ready until the next day. If you're going to call in an order I advise you to call before going to ensure your orders ready and that they actually added it to their system. Always get the name of the person that is helping you place your order so that if something goes wrong (they never submitted it) you know who it was. Otherwise the employees will say "no one got an order from you."

I cannot rave enough about their customer service. Simon made all the difference in our experience. I just moved in to a new place and decided to splurge and paint the entire house which is around 2600 sq ft. I ordered a white color to go over the dark browns and beiges over the entire place. Somehow, the combination of the new color, lighting, and undertones of my house, made all the rooms a mint green white. Even after priming, my poor painter was back at square one and I was almost in tears seeing what had happened.My painter has worked with sherwin williams for years and was able to connect us with Simon. Simon is the manager here and went above and beyond for us. He was able to do a video call with us to address the issues when the paint rep was not available and worked with me in store to retint the existing paint and avoid purchasing all new paint. He even gave me a small sample of the new re tint to try at home before moving forward.Super grateful for this and for that reason I’ll only work with sherwin Williams in the future and recommend them to all my clients.

I was worried I wouldn’t be able to find the help that I needed when I walked into the store as a homeowner (vs. their usual commercial contractors), but I was treated like any other customer. I wish I had caught his name, but thank you to the man who helped me quickly and perfectly match colors for a door I was painting, despite me bringing in the tiniest sample.
