They sold me a $20 vape right before work that doesn’t even work. I get off at 9:30 and I’m already frustrated. I’ll change or delete my review once I get off and can actually see if they’ll fix and issue they are having. I’m pissed.

This place is terrible the employees are rude and racist. I got 2 chocolate milks both dates were good but both where curdling. I went back in to get refund and was yelled at to leave the store before I could finish speaking. Then when I left them on the counter to leave they yelled at me to take my trash. I was so mad I almost pulled him across the counter. Hot dog bunns with mold spots another time they sell old outdated food. I mentioned how disgustingly rude they are. Shell and star stop need to seriously look at their franchise owners. I now go a Mile further down the road to do business there

I just left the shop after using my debit card. Their card readers looked sus to me. If you go into purchase anything, I recommend using cash.

My 18 yo daughter broke down and barely made it into this parking lot. The management was rude and completely unwilling to let her wait for the tow truck. They insisted she move her car. They were rude, unreasonable, and had a complete lack of compassion for someone who only needed to keep their car in place for a couple of hours. It was one parking spot and she's an 18 yo who was completely reasonable and responsible and took the time to walk in and ask them for help and was neither hysterical nor demanding. Telling everyone to avoid a place devoid of basic human compassion.

Words can’t describe what a bad experience this was. We are just getting back from McKinney Park and stopped to get some ice for our waters. The attendant named.”ARUN” was so incredibly rude my husband wanted to come in and give him a piece of his mind. We just decided to write a review instead. He wouldn’t even look me in the eye and when I went to pay him he refused to work at me so I placed the money on the counter. I said “thank you” and he still said nothing very rude and it was a pretty lousy experience. There’s a lot of terrible things going on in the world and when we lose human decency I really just don’t know what to say anymore I truly hope management takes this seriously very bad experience
