They took $120 dollar out of my account before even putting gas and then the pump wasn’t even working for me to even put gas in. I wasn’t about to put my card in AGAIN so it can charge me double. The cashiers only explanation was it was a holding charge normally a holding charge are like $1 or $5 but $120 ?? I’ve worked in this area for 6+ years and not ONCE has this happen to me at this gas station and the cashier stated this happens all the time ? Makes no sense then the cashier wants to blame my bank. My boyfriend was told it would take an hour to be refunded but when I spoke to the cashier it was 30mins to 24 hours for the fund to be release. They have always had the worse customer service but this is just ridiculous. Stealing peoples hard earned money. 2.5 stars is crazy they should have 0 stars!!! I will let everyone to stay very very far from this store.

This gas station is not open 24 hours. The sign says it is open, but they are closed.

Convenient location for ahas station, but prices are about twenty cents higher per gallon compared to the station just down the road.

their employee double charged me (my card went through, and i didn't ask for receipt, then the guy said card didn't went through, asked me swiped my card again), the second day i saw double charges posted on my card, i went back to ask for refund, they kept saying the manager was not in, till one day, the manager was there, and he was so mean, didn't answer any of my question, didn't see the screenshot of the double charge on my card, just ask me to bring the statement, which would be issued 3-4 weeks later. So I eventually dispute to my credit card company and got the money back, i won't go back to that store any more! horrible service!

Been here a couple times, one during lunch when I worked at the Freeport Center and today. I had to drive from another station because it wouldn't accept neither of my cards. Looped around via Woodward to get here. Price is a bit more expensive than north Austin, but it was critical because I had about a couple gallons left in the car.

They sold me a $20 vape right before work that doesn’t even work. I get off at 9:30 and I’m already frustrated. I’ll change or delete my review once I get off and can actually see if they’ll fix and issue they are having. I’m pissed.

This place is terrible the employees are rude and racist. I got 2 chocolate milks both dates were good but both where curdling. I went back in to get refund and was yelled at to leave the store before I could finish speaking. Then when I left them on the counter to leave they yelled at me to take my trash. I was so mad I almost pulled him across the counter. Hot dog bunns with mold spots another time they sell old outdated food. I mentioned how disgustingly rude they are. Shell and star stop need to seriously look at their franchise owners. I now go a Mile further down the road to do business there

I just left the shop after using my debit card. Their card readers looked sus to me. If you go into purchase anything, I recommend using cash.
