was disrepected and attacked verbally, in a rude loud and disgusting way, because I used a couple of cups to make my 1cup of coffee, " was told I would be charged for 5 cups of coffee" Instead of being polite, and stating because you used those cups I will have to charge you for the cups" that would be understanding, but to charge me for 5 cups coffee and only had one cup, that was totally unnecessary. It was embarrasing, disrepectful, unprofessional and " made to feel like I had stolen something" (Frequent customer spending lots of money for gas monthly) and you want to talk about a 10cent cup"
Upgrading this post because of the OUTSTANDING PROFESSIONALISM of the Smita..[Management] she addressed my issue, took the time out to meet me and made feel appreciated as a customer!! SHE IS The BEST!

This is a good gas station. There's a lot of space to move your vehicle around the pumps. There's good space in the rows. The pumps are functional, giving receipts. It's also clean.

Let's start with the good part of this station: they have affordable gas. However, there are multiple issues with this station. Some of the pumps don't work, and my credit card was skimmed for $200 (2 charges; Diesel). We don't own any diesel vehicles. I also had to drive around for different pumps a few times because the pump was broken and wouldn't take my Shell credit card. Fortunately, I have a Shell credit card and their fraud department will waive the two fraudulent charges. I believe that I was skimmed from either pump #11 or #12 (I am in charge of putting gas in my and my wife's car and we usually fill up on Sunday). I also have the e-receipts so I was able to know which pumps. The red stripe was affixed to these pumps, but I still got skimmed. I'm just glad I don't ever use a debit card or a mastercard/visa. I could have been taken for a ride! Be careful!

Almost all of the gas pumps have something wrong with them. Many of them have buttons that don't work. Some of them have issues with reading credit cards. At least one of them has a mangled metal coil on the part that actually inserts into your car - as such, it won't fit into most cars, and if it does, is likely to damage your car when you go to take it out. One pump is stuck on the "one moment please" prompt. I just spent 5 minutes driving around to multiple different pumps at this station and ran into all of these problems on a single trip! It's the closest station to where I live, but I will be avoiding it from now on.

I purchased about 8 Red Bulls and got out to my car then after one minute came back to this Gas station to exchange one can of the Red Bull with the original Red Bull which was the same price but the cashier said that we couldn’t exchange it because, once the customer exit from the Gas station, we don’t exchange or return.I give them one star because of the unprofessional employees and rude.I promise myself that I will not buy anything from here anymore and I used to buy always.

Good luck getting gas from here. Credit card reader issues. The buttons for reward number etc are busted on half of the stalls. Once my card got skimmed at the end stall. So I avoid those ones. So really limits what is left. Would be nice if they could start fixing these things.... Also I agree with the other review. They overcharge you and don't give a receipt. Pastry is 1.99. Why do I get charged 3.19?

DO NOT COME INSIDE. only come here for your gas. They are penny pinching to the max. They have their AC up really high so it feels as hot as a sauna. But want to overcharge for all their products. Go elsewhere please. So sick of these gas stations overcharging. Yes, naturally I understand things are going to be more expensive at a gas station, but not to this level.
