The most right machine has problem. It cannot stop fueling by it self. The trigger is stuck. I need to pull the trigger back myself. At the same time the fuel keep coming out off, and keep charging my credit card. I’m not sure whether the owner is leaving this problem without repair on purpose in order to charge a little bit more money to each customer who is not aware of its technical issue.

I have never been treated so rudely in a place of business as I was just now. Get gas- fine- but don’t expect much in the way of customer service. Tempted to call and speak to a manager but have zero faith that would do any good.

Was sarcastically asked how my day was after several rude remarks from the clerk. Hello- I’m at shell at 9:20 buying only Benadryl being treated like crap by someone I don’t know..... been a GREAT day - thanks for doing your part to “make it better.”
