The prices at the pump was 10 cents more than what showed on the sign and pump didn’t work properly (kept stopping after every 3 seconds).

Location is very clean and has a lot of space to maneuver your vehicle around to the pumps. The pumps are in good working order. Prices were competitive. Easy access from east and south streets.

If there's only one price posted, then that should tell me the price of the gas. Don't make me wait til I'm standing at the pump to see a little sign indicating it's the "discounted price" and it's only available to Shell card holders. That's called a bait-and-switch. It's also called false advertising. And while I'm sure it's not the kind of crime that the authorities are going to do anything about, I'm also sure it's the kind of unethical behavior that I absolutely refuse to support with my business. I won't be back.

Their pumps are constantly broken. I wish they weren't so close to my work, or I'd never stop here. Just looking at the place it's sketchy with it's flickering lights and poorly lit area. I feel unsafe getting out here at night, I don't think I'll be going back. The bored looking cashiers are rude and don't really pay attention. They give me the side eye whenever I walk in, as if I'm going to steaal something. On top of that, they overcharged me one time. I literally only bought gum, how do you mess that up? I had to wait there for what felt like an hour while they struggled with the register they obviously didn't know how to use. Not a great use of my time. Steer clear unless you want to waste your time.

We stopped by to air the tires and our car died. The guy working there lent us his car so we could jump start ours. He couldn't leave the store so he gave me his keys! Great guy. Thanks!

Terrible snack selection but it's easily got the coldest drink fridge in town. Beverage so cold it gave me a slight brain freeze after that first sip.

I've rated a gas station before in the past... how does one exactly rate a gas station? Ask yourself the following question: Did I feel like I would be mugged here? No. Did the place have gas to make my car go? Yes. Did it have the gas I wanted at a price comparable to other places? Yes. Did I even bother going into the convenience store? No. Did I have to go to the bathroom here? No. There's nothing special about this to warrant 4 or 5 stars... and honestly... who's reading gas station reviews to figure out which station to go to? 3 stars.

This is a prettty decent gas station however I feel bad for the clerks who have to deal with the people who come in here like the ones in the line in front of me. The clerk was friendly and I think just happy I was a normal polite person. Note to self maybe I shouldn't stop here after dark!

This Shell's gas prices are among the cheapest along the stretch of North Lamar I take every morning. The only downsides of this Shell are there are only four pumps (I think) and the driveway in front of the pumps is narrow. It is located on the Northwest corner of the North Lamar @ Fairfield intersection. It is north of a Jack-in-the-Box restaurant.

Couldn't stomach the smell of their RR. Went in & turned right back out to find a clean one.
