False price on the sign for regular. Says $2.99 and it’s $3.09. No sign anywhere saying cash or credit discount. Let the owner know and he laughed in my face. Not joking

This gas station is the best kept beer secret in Austin. I'm shocked they aren't featured in any major beer lists because the selection is easily the most thorough of any gas station I've visited. There are probably a few hundred unique beers in all. Ciders? Check. Mainstream staples? Unfortunately yes. Micro brews from all over the country? Yep. German brews? Got em. You can build a custom six pack from most things on the shelf. I've been coming here for beer for about a decade and don't plan to stop. The gas station even has a few nicer chocolates, and probably even gas.

Love this corner store/ gas station. I have a shell rewards card and this is the nearest shell station to get several pennies off a gallon. It's also a short walking distance from home so if I need to pick up some beer or wine without having to drive this is my go to. Also early on in the pandemic and during the great Texas snowstorm of 2021 this place was open and even had electricity! was able to get some necessary provisions without having to stand in the crazy lines at H‑E‑B. The only thing I wish they had was more dark chocolates. But they do have a good selection of ice creams by the pint.

Sign said $3.79 all day, stop by and pump says $3.89. Nope. Won't fall for literal bait-and-switch. And no, the sign did not say "cash price" or anything like that. Another station added to my blacklist.

Wow! From the outside, Hyde Park Market, or the "flag store" as some locals call it, looks like an unassuming convenience store, but inside they have a huge selection. They carry almost anything you could imagine including a HUGE selection of beer - 6 packs, singles, large stout bottles, local brews, imports, domestics, you name it. While the food selection is not huge, mainly chips, snacks, candies, and ice creams, they do offer a surprisingly large selection of vegan options - Daiya frozen pizzas and desserts, Nadamoo ice creams, almond milks, non-diary creamers, Amy's frozen meals, oat milk canned coffees and more. While the interior set up is definitely a no thrills kind of place, it's a fun spot to wander around and find some interesting drinks and eats. Hidden gem for sure. Definitely would return!

I love this place. Very friendly staff. Huge beer selection. I also like the Jeni's ice cream they sell there. Pricey but delicious.
