I just walked 20 mins to this shell that is listed as 24hrs I would assume that means the store would be open because gas pumps are always on anyway. It is not open even tho it's 5:48am on Thursday

Beware: Don't use a credit card, and if you do, check it immediately!The long story: When I saw two pending transactions on my credit card I immediately went back to the store and was told that the second transaction - which never happened - would likely "fall off." If not, I was told I could come back in the following day. I checked again the following day and both transactions went through. When I went back, I was told that they can't find the second transaction - for $50 - because it must have been made at the pump. Mind you, my car takes about 12 gallons of gas and that's not currently $50.My credit card company is going to dispute this transaction, and if they still can't produce verification of the transaction, I will be credited back. I also made a police report. I don't want them to get away with this type of thing anymore.

Pumps don't work and click off consistently, card readers on the pump do not work, and even the card reader on the tire air pump doesn't work. I'd go somewhere else or wait for new management

Horrible customer service. I was with my family, fueling up to head back home. I had to use the restroom. I asked the guy for a key to open the restroom and he said someone was in there. After waiting for 20 minutes, I knocked on the bathroom door and no one was in there. I had to convince him to open the door, so I, a paying customer could use the restroom. He finally agreed to open the door and low and behold, the bathroom was empty. He was a total jerk. I dislike how businesses in central Austin mistreat their customers. Very sad.

Scumbag misleading price advertising. Sign advertises price with cash clearly enough but the price below that is intentionally designed from a distance to make you think that's the price with any credit card when in reality that's the price with a Shell Credit Card. They clarify this on the pump when you pull in but let's not kid ourselves here. It's inexcusable intentionally deceitful tactics they are using.

The sign for gas always says a price that is way lower than the gas actually costs. This place is a scam. The snacks inside are also way overpriced. Avoid and go to the 7-11 a bit further south.
