Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They are always on the phone, never acknowledge customers. I can’t pull the race card cause I’ve seen them do it all types of customers. My job is right across the street and I only go there for out of conveniencepppp.

If you planning to fill up, be prepare to wait for the slow gas pump. Waited over 20mins plus to fill a 40 gal gas tank. Very rediculouse

I asked for $30 on pump 3. I clicked on regular and it gave me plus +. Pump was rigged. The cashier looked over at me while outside pumping and knew exactly what I was angry about. DO NOT GO TO THIS SLEAZY PLACE!

On several occasions I’ve witnessed the attendant/owner be racist toward black Americans. I frequented this gas station as it’s on the way to my job and my home. However, after watching him throw scratchers at a black customer (when the customer simply asked for something to scratch his ticket with) I decide not to return.On a different occasion, I witnessed him immediately accuse another black customer of stealing when he had just walked in and was browsing the aisle like everyone else. Unfortunately, these were not isolated incidents and I’ve witnessed more.He gets pennies for the gas sold but he doesn’t even deserve that much. To the attendant; shame on you for being such a miserable person. I pity your sad existence and hope you don’t create more of your pitiful self and if you have, how unfortunate and embarrassing for your children.

I was in the store and asked for the price of the chips because no prices were posted. The man behind the counter said something to me but I didn't understand because I have hearing loss and miss things so I kept looking. I nicely asked again. He came from behind the counter YELLING AT ME! "Which one? Which one do you want to know?" I was the only one in the store besides my daughter who was in the bathroom. I started getting really scared as he moved toward me so I said never mind. Then I went to the bathroom and told my daughter to hurry and not ask questions. As we were leaving, he came from behind the counter again and started talking to me. I recorded him talking and left. How is it that in Austin, TX, I can't ask for the price of chips without getting yelled at.

The most expensive and abusive Shell gas station in the city. The price of gallon is awalys .10c more than anyone else. Avoid it!!! #NeverAgain

Very rude. Attendant was hasty and very harsh. Never said anything to me. I said the wrong pump, my fault, when I went back to apologize and correct he said "make sure you say right" very rude and condescending

Rude attendant who babbles on the phone incessantly while transacting a purchase. Clearly whatever he is discussing with whomever on the phone is of much more interest to him than his work -- even though WE the customers pay this ne'er-do-well's salary.I wonder how he'll feel when ICE shows up?!
