Not very welcoming at all. They need to work on customer friendliness and maybe initiating/leading the conversation. I'm a potential paying customer, so a questions like "Hi, how may I help you, or what can I do for you", or friendly like "hey thanks for coming in or thank you for your business", would be a nice start. Customer service 101!

Great customer service! Most of the other gas stations in the area have broken air pumps so I always come here when my tires are low on air!

I lucked out that my tire pressure light came on not far from Ferguson's. I was back on the road with a patched tire in less than 20 minutes (even though it was after 6pm on a Friday). So grateful for the speedy excellent service!

The Ferguson's! Good people, had my extreme car wash coupon for a wash but waited 7 days to use it (7 day validity period), but the hour had passed so it was expired, "no problem" says Mrs Ferguson as she hands me a new ticket and adds "don't let it happen again" with a wink and a smile. Not the cheapest if you look at the cents, but nice to give business to "people" and not "companies."

Peggy Ferguson is an extremely rude, insolent person. She is the sole reason that I will not be coming back. When I greeted her, she replied angrily and rolled her eyes. She did not assist me at all. Don't take your unhappiness out on other people, Peggy.

Our family has been using Fergusons for +/- 25 years and we appreciate them more and more each year. We have a large family and have had multiple used vehicles serviced there over the years. The folks at Fergusons are honest, hardworking, professional and on time. Thank you, Peggy and James, for being there!

This is the best place!!! The mechanic drove my car to hear the sound I was worried about. Then he took off the front tires to look more closely. He said the problem would take hours to fix but he thougjht it was safe for me to drive back to Houston (where I live). And he didn't charge me.!!!INo words csn say how gratefuñ I am !

I went in to get an estimate for a repair, and got quoted around 850 dollars. They said parts alone were 500. I ordered the parts, for 56.00 dollars and took them to a mechanic and he charged me 40 to replace the parts. So I spent a total of 100 bucks! So yeah, I'd shop around before you have them fix anything.

Older female called cops on me .because I blocked her gas pump. My daughter had to use the restroom so it was a emergency for me. Then she proceeded to snap in my ear like I was a child.VERY RUDE AND UNFRIENDLY. MAYBE ITS JUST MY EXPERIENCE

They charged me 3.98 for a1 liter dr pepper. I think I was overcharged.
