Raymundo Cuevas with Sharp Business Systems has been such a huge help for our office. He went above and beyond to make sure all of our printers were set up properly and even stayed late after hours as well. He has been very responsive anytime we had an issue (paper jam we could not locate) and was even able to give me some pointers to utilize in the future too. Not only do we love the Sharp products and their customer service, but we've been long time customers of theirs and we would highly recommend them for your office!

I work of r a small local company in Austin, TX and these folks are NOT very professional. - More specifically, Fred with the supplies department is very unprofessional and makes ordering supplies from them a very unpleasant experience. He is just very unprofessional and unpleasant, unfortunately.
