Took my Challenger in because I had an issue with the tint peeling and Manny took care of it and honored the warranty without hesitation. Had my car back by that same afternoon. It's great that the facility is clean and enclosed too.

Don’t see what the hype is about. Trusted the reviews, but should have done more research and gone to a better place. It’s been a month since I got my tint and I’ve already noticed bubbles on all of my windows. Not to mention they left the window tint trash in my car. The customer service was alright but the tint job was mediocre at best. Save your money and do your research, go somewhere better!

Solid!!! Got ceramic tinting on my 2016 Lexus and couldn't be happier. They had cheaper options but I went with the ceramic and my car is a totally different ball game now. The staff is also incredibly cool and polite and friendly. My car was done in a matter of hours and then vacuumed the inside. Solid folks. Go support them!

Great service and awesome people, with the absolute best quality in Austin. I called Monday to get a quote, they got me in 2 days later. Waited only an hour for it and they made the process seamless for me. Great price too because I called 10+ places in Austin. Already got one of friends going there for tints this week. I definitely recommend!!!

Always a fan of this shop for window tinting! I've brought or recommended 5 cars at this point, even from the other side of town, because I think they do such a phenomenal job. Same day service is so hard to find these days, especially for cars, but these folks get it done if you come at the start of the day. They also offer a generous guarantee and will correct any bubbles IF you happen to find any.

They got me in and out in under an hour. I wasn't in any rush, but I just sat in their comfortable waiting room on my phone. I'm happy how dark my car is now.

Shade Shop is THE place to go for tint. I'm very satisfied with their work. My car felt amazing due to the Temp drop in vehicle after tint installation. This 100° weather ain't playing..

Came to get my car tinted and it had a lot of bubbles and even a hair in the tint. I called multiple times to get it fixed even came twice when they told me to. They keep coming up with excuses, finally came and dropped it off at 10:30am, called at 4:20pm and manny said it was taking a while that the tint didn't want to come off but it'll be ready by 6pm. I come at 5:20pm and it's still sitting outside not even being worked on ! Don't waste your time they act like it's a inconvenience to them, when it was there mistake in the first place that the job wasn't done right!
