I had a very good experience.James, Julie and 1 other make up artist (can't remember her name) were really patient, helpful and understanding of my many needs. I have such a hard time at my older age and health conditions along with sensitivities. They made the overwhelming experience of choosing items for me to try much more tolerable. Guys Thank y'all for being patient ? with me and my anxieties while trying to find items best suited for me.Oh thank you for the "Caudalie" gifts bag & face massager too -see pic

I've already had interesting experiences before at this specific Sephora, but utilizing curbside for the first time led me to finally write a review.I waited in curbside for over 15 minutes while 4 employees stood at the front of the store.There is only one pick up spot for curbside...the employees could see me through the window. I called the store after over 10-15 min of waiting & the advisor i spoke to was condescending, saying it would be a few more minutes once they have someone to send out there...The advisor that brought out my order apologized saying that their notifications were not on...I couldn't even say anything because I was in a hurry to be somewhere within 10 minutes. There's only one curbside parking spot that is easily seen from the front of the store, where they were standing. Not one employee thought to check if there was a customer who had clicked they arrived for curbside pick up? Disappointed and will not be using this service again.

Do not come here unless you want to be profiled or less than. I have had two bad experiences in this location. 1) they will not acknowledge your presence if you are a certain ethnicity 2) they will profile you without any communication, block you from looking at things and when you bring it up to the manager about how uncomfortable it is you are dismissed because “she’s new and doesn’t know the Sephora way”

David was AWESOM!!! As someone who is literally a beginner. I had walked in and straight out of Ulta prior to coming here. And the Makeup Gods did that. David was such a wonderful and helpful employee. I have never used foundation and have been wanting to give it a shot. And the experience David provided me was top notch went above and beyond helping me to find what worked for me and providing different options and did not try to push expensive products on me by offering trials instead of actually purchasing. I really appreciated that although I just went ahead and purchased everything full sized. I will definitely be back to this location. David if your reading this thank you very much you made my day making me feel beautiful again and getting that self love back ???

Selection was fine and store was clean but lord good luck getting any help despite the store being full of employees and there only being a handful of shoppers. I tried to talk to two employees who ignored me and walked away before I was able to find someone who brushed me off and radioed for someone else to help me and seemed annoyed that I asked her for help. The product I needed wasn’t in stock and they offered absolutely no recommendations for any other products. Overall not a great experience.

My LBA Cali was awesome! She helped me color match foundation and offered samples of 2 I liked to try at home. Being able to test them with my normal routine was a game changer and now I know for sure I'm making the right purchase. I had several LBAs ask if I needed help which was a nice change than going to some places when I have needed assistance but couldn't find anyone. So thank you again!

I first visited looking for Armani products, and was told very scornfully they didn't carry Armani at ALL in the store despite online website saying the opposite... so I left. Then I visited the week after for another product and saw a stock FULL of armani products in the corner. The associates are so clueless and rude.

Inattentive staff who just stood around chatting instead of trying to help. I asked one person for help (she was on her phone) and she just pointed me to the general direction of where the item is and I still couldn’t find it. I’d rather order online than spend money here. ?

I called to inquire if they had a specific product and color in stock. The girl answering the phone was very pleasant and happily went to check. She returned and shared the good information that they did have and she would put my name in it and brave it at the checkout desk. When I arrived at the store, my product was there, labeled and waiting for me!She had also included several samples of other brands that I may be interested in trying. It was a top notch customer service experience!

Honestly one of the best Sephora’s i’ve ever been too, right when I walked in they helped me out and couldn’t have been nicer. I was greeted right away with a welcoming smile, beautiful makeup and a positive, professional atmosphere. I walked in knowing exactly what I needed: a high quality purple shampoo to save my bleached hair, and left with exactly that. Pretty expensive for such a small amount it feels like here but it’s okay because it’s Sephora and make up is always a bank breaker LOL. But definitely don’t go to Sephora if you’re on a budget. The only reason I went is because I have a gift card.
