Horrible customer service!! Madison (the man ) who claims to have been the manger was beyond rude and condescending. Refused to call a manager when asked for one . I would NEVER spend a dollar there again

Had an awesome visit to Sephora last Thursday. I was on a mission to find the perfect foundation for my graduation ceremony makeup and this incredible lady helped me out. No fancy gadgets needed—she nailed my shade just by looking! She really knows the products, gave me tons of suggestions and made the whole process super fun. Best experience I've had shopping for makeup. Totally loved it!

Very attentive staff, bilingual, English and Spanish, they help you find the correct makeup for your skin tone and if you have been there for a while, they teach you how to do your makeup. If you like to try makeup at home, they give you a free sample.

MICHI IS AMAZING! She did my color analysis for the makeup lesson I took found all the right colors and took time to do makeup combinations. Since they were adequately staffed and she didn’t have any appointments scheduled after mine she took extra time to go through everything.
Michi if you see this you are the best and thanks for making what would’ve been an intimidating experience for me so enjoyable. Ended up buying everything she recommended me ?. You’re the best!

Extremely rude mean girl crew. I will be contacting corporate. If you want CONSISTENCY in customer service, go to the Sephora at the Arboretum or the Cedar Park location. I don’t know where they find the staff that works at The Domain.

I had amazing service from Kelly Hernandez at The Sephora/Austin Domain. She is sharp and friendly, giving service with a smile.
Aside from her natural beauty, she presents herself as an employee of Beauty and Skincare should, with a fresh face of expertly applied makeup and stylish hair. She looks the part, and could sell me anything!
She is an shining example to others in the industry.

Convenient if you’re staying at The Domain. I come at least monthly and pay homage to Sephora. Saturdays can be super crowded but they always seem to have plenty of staff to help. They have brands that I really love such as Sunday Reiley and The Ordinary. I also really like The Sephora line as well. My addiction to Dior started with concealer and now has moved into first place as my holy grail foundation. also a new fan favorite is the Glossier liquid cheek paint. Who knew I would become the number one fan of liquid cheek tint, as I have been a powder blush girl my entire life. But y’all this stuff works amazingly. Stock up on Olaplex as well.

If i could give zero star to this Sephora….I would! The staff was uncooperative and unwilling to help and cherry on top was that they discriminated against us (im unsure exactly why) . We were looking for a particular blush and were me with hostility and contempt everytime we approached an employee! They were all “busy “and all “ passive aggressive “ the moment I asked questions…I am in process of reporting one particular employee for unprofessional behavior!

I just had my 1st facial and lip treatment by Theresa and it was AMAZING!! I LOVE how convenient it is just to walk from my home and how I get to see all the gunk come off my face. But mostly I enjoyed her company. Since covid I've noticed customer service go down so I really appreciate her and her company. Definitely go see Theresa for your facial.
