Great customer service. Found what I needed for sure, several wonderful people pointed me in the right direction.

The short and rather rotund red head at the front door is rude, impatient, and shqe shouldn't be working customer service. I had the pleasure of interacting with her and apparently frustrating her to the point she felt the need to make an exclamation as if I was a moron. I will not return and you shouldn't either.

This location is the worst I've ever been to. I am a Rouge member and spent a significant amount at the semi annual Sephora sale. I had returns from multiple orders of items where either the shade didn't match or I had a bad reaction to the product. I understand how difficult return transactions can be when items are brought in across multiple orders, so I put sticky notes on each item with the order number. The cashier I got was in the worst mood. I kept telling her I wrote down the order numbers if it helped, but she said "it doesn't help at all". Then she proceeded to huff and puff about how she was having difficulty with their system. She couldn't locate one item and offered me store credit, even though I gave her all the order numbers and have the receipts on my phone showing the purchase of the item. I told her I would not accept store credit, and she rolled her eyes and called over a lead / manager. He was able to process the return to my credit card very quickly, and he was very nice about it. No one should have to accept store credit when you bring in a receipt because you can't figure out your own system. Unfortunately my return receipts don't list the employees name or I would put it here. She was probably in her 40s. Dark hair. Awful bright pink lipstick. November 3 in the afternoon. If you want great customer service, I'd recommend the new Mueller location. The employees go out of their way to help you and will also offer samples without you having to bother someone to ask.

If you wanna get profiled this is the best store for you to shop at! Don’t go here if you dress comfortably, have short hair, and tattoos. Was absolutely being followed around with my boyfriend and harassed the entire time.

If you like being racially profiled, then you will enjoy shopping at this Sephora. The 3 out of the 5 times I’ve come to this location I’ve had nothing but stares, no help, and was even nudged out of the way by an associate one time who was helping another guest. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable shopping ever in my life. I initially let it go, but the feeling wouldn’t go away to the point that I decided to report my most recent experience to customer service. The only reason I came to this location was because a perfume I wanted at the Domain store was sold out. I ended up buying a travel size perfume here, but honestly, I would rather check other locations and be willing to drive the extra miles to avoid this store. Please do better with helping shoppers of a particular demographic so that they also feel welcomed in your store. We are here to purchase items too.

Customer service here is some the of worst I've ever seen!!!! I'm a Sephora addict and have been a ROUGE customer for many years. Out of all the stores in Austin, I drive all the way from downtown Austin to go to this one specifically and have spent thousands of dollars here. Used to recommend it to all of my friends because it was that good, I'm not sure what happened in the past couple of months but I've only had bad experiences, manly due to the employees. At this store, when you first walk in they great you and then stare you down the whole time. I always grab a basket because I know the employees prefer that. From there on out you have to ask for help and color matching or to find product - which usually isn't a problem at any other Sephora and employees are more than willing to help you, but at this one forget about it! They make it seem like an inconvenience that you asked for help.Last week, I stopped in to get some products for a wedding. Was walking all over the store looking for items for 45 mins looking for stuff and no one ever approached me (and I clearly didn't know where items were). Was even testing items and still nothing. Then I grabbed a Charlotte Tilbury mini setting powder up front near the checkout, it was labeled as $19. When I checked out that same product rang up to $28. Once I noticed that I questioned the associate and noted it said $19 on the display. She told me the signage was outdated and then pushed me long! Then today I went in to return some items and to restock on a few. Within minutes an employee approached me and was rude off the bat. She was in no way trying to help me. I mentioned to her that I came into the store to make a return and get some restocks. She quickly and rudely questioned me and my restocks. Very aggressive and mean!! Felt like I was literally getting bullied in the store by this red lipped lady. She then stood next to me and intentionally watched me the entire time. Ended up going to the check out, I had one item in my hand which I was going to purchase and then return my products I already purchased at the same time. Ended up mentioning to the associate at the check out that I no longer want to purchase the item and only make a return due to employee making me feel extremely uncomfortable. Cashier didn't even blink an eye and barely said a word.As a make up guru I love going to Sephora and chatting with other people who also love make up! Love learning and hearing about the products they sell and finding new pieces, BUT will never be returning to this store ever again!!! Not sure what happened here but their customer service is pitiful. Sadden by this as it was once my go-to spot! Seems as though many others have also had horrible customer service here.

I’m an avid reviewer and what I didn’t like about Sephora in this situation was I scheduled my appointment AFTER hours, then I cancelled it AFTER hours which didn’t impact the daily business. The reason I know it didn’t impact the daily business is b/c I kept checking their appointments etc. There wasn’t an appt scheduled that would have overlappped mine. Therefore I shouldn’t have been charged their measly $5 cancel fee. I’m all for paying fees if I’m in the wrong, I also read the terms and conditions regarding this reservation. But how are you going to charge me after I cancelled right away? Not fair and not right business practices. I’m now considering other options bc of this experience and I’ve been a Sephora ADVOCATE for years. TY Sephora for absolutely nothing and rendering my experience w y’all. $5 is $5. And these days, $5 can make a difference in someone’s life. Never again and never will I recommend y’all to ANYONE.

Closes at 6:00 hahaha I’ve never seen that before. Went there at 5:58 after work with my girlfriend and they said they were closed. How the heck do you expect to get business when you’re only open during hours when everyone else is either working or stuck in traffic? How can a store be realistically rated if the store isn’t open at reasonable times.

Why does this store close at 6??? If you’re like most people who work a 9-5 good luck making it in time (especially in Austin traffic). It’s so frustrating because it’s a good location, I could hop by before going to the grocery or Target but I end up going to Ulta which is close by. I would legitimately shop here more if I could and if you read the reviews other people would too.

This Sephora is in a prime location at making it very easy to hit all of your errands at once. I was assisted by Lili and her fantastic energy made at my Sephora experience top-tier.Upon arriving, there were two women at the door not giving me attention (chatting with each other) until I began using a product. Kiki’s excellent customer service made up for this!

The manager on duty today was extremely rude. I asked if they had something in stock she said “okay what is it” in an annoyed tone and then told me I could check myself on the website. She made me feel like I was bothering her by asking for help. Also no one asked me if I was doing okay, I was in the store for at least ten minutes that’s why I had to approach the manager who was the only employee near me.

My wife and I love Sephora. We always come here before our birthdays and anniversaries to have my wife's makeup done with the full educational package. Our makeup specialist was fabulous, and my wife and I were happy.

Went to get foundation and other items for make up and had the worst experience with Celina, she was not only condescending and unfriendly but she managed to make me so uncomfortable that I decided not to buy anything after all and left my almost $200 worth of make up behind and left. I was told that unless I figure out what I want, there are other customers she needs to help (even though there was one other person in the store). Never going back to this location.

As everyone knows, Sephora carries the hottest products that everyone wants. This location is super busy, so many items are sold out. Was helping my daughter select make up, but unable to get anyone to help guide her. Almost overwhelming when you are looking for opinions and color match. Suggest not going on a weekend if you need some room to breathe.

Nope. This store was an absolute mess and the help was non-existent. I finally got one sales associates attention and when I asked if she was busy had response was ‘what’s up?’ I said ‘oh! Didn’t realize you were on the radio. Sorry!’ And she looked and me and said ‘what’s up?’ Again. Confused I continued to ask for help with a foundation color and all she said was that the color I was looking at was out of stock. I asked if she thought the color was right for me and she said ‘It’s alright but we don’t have it’. There was no offer to help find a similar brand and no help to maybe do some color matching to make sure it’s right.I left and went across the parking lot to Blue Mercury. Won’t be going back to this store. ??♀️
