Love all of the classes at Sculpt! Bootcamp is great to build muscle and Keith / the instructors make sure to correct form and assist in the class. The cycle classes are some of the best in Austin in my opinion!

i go to the half and half class because it's 30 minutes of cycling and then 30 minutes of weights. it's all i can handle. Keith is energetic. it's his studio btw, so he teaches all the classes. Keith will help you adjust the bikes if he sees you struggling (me, the first two classes) and the music is good! The lighting is fun and he turns on the fan after a song or two. For weights, I appreciate that he takes the time to correct my form to protect myself from injuries and to target the appropriate muscle groups. I enjoy the overall body workouts. parking is ample. water and locker rooms on site. rental fee for cycle shoes is $3.

I've been coming here since August 2022 through ClassPass and it's been my favorite studio in Austin I've found. I had never done any sort of cycling class and SoulCycle and other big studios intimidated me. Here I felt so welcome and have learned so much! The themed rides are so much fun.

Tried a class here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Keith is really good at what he does and adds a personal training touch to a group class and that's something that truly makes him unique. Highly recommended!

This gym is the best! I love the bootcamp, and half & half Cycle/Power Sculpt classes. I always leave feeling like I had the BEST workout. This is a must check-out!!

I took two of Keith's cycling classes so far. I've never been to any sort of spin class, so this was a great first experience. I'm surprised he remembered my name the second time I came, which shows how personable he is. The music and workout is a fun time and he encourages you to do your best. Btw you can do a free first time class, and the shoes are $3 to rent. There's ample parking in the garage next to the store.

Female centric classes with one trainer for 95% of all classes. Workout are very repetitive and get stale

The first time I tried to come into Sculpt I ended up missing the class I was scheduled for... Keith was so responsive, helpful, and accommodating in getting me scheduled again. He graciously forgave the miss and let me try a different class out. The workout with Keith was fantastic! The music was great and everyone was so nice. HIGHLY recommend if you're looking for a local and friendly spot to get an AMAZING workout. Thanks Keith!!

Just took Keith’s half & half class. It is such a good workout! It’s the best of both worlds, cardio in a high paced spin class for 30 min/ 30 mins of sculpting with weights. Highly recommend! Studio was very clean. Love that they offer towels and cycling shoes to borrow.
