El peor lugar en el que se pueda vivir es un asco los apartamentos llenos de grillos se paga mensualmente por un pescontrol en el cual no fumigan ni nada para los insectos son unos frescos y se ríen de uno en su cara la oficina de arrendamiento con muy mala atención en resumidas cuentas no vivan en ese lugar es un asco 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

San Palmoa, a place where it looks like a resort condo and feels like home. It's a really nice place to live and by HEB. Gated community and friendly staff that helps with any issues. The only issues are residents leaving glass bottles in the pool areas almost every weekend.

Numerous things wrong with the apartment and I don’t know where to start. I live in building 15 and I have mold growing in my shower, reported it to the front desk and all they did was paint over it without solving the real issue. I’m starting to feel sick and looking up my symptoms they are related to mold. So beware of whoever moves in the building 15 there is mold, actively growing, and they will do nothing about it Over Memorial Day weekend, somebody was killed due to the lack of security on site so if you value your life or your loved ones, I’d highly advise to stay away from here because if the mode won’t kill you, somebody else will. Charged me $150 for their auto-pay system failing, and they couldn’t care less. Way to treat your residents.
And I’ve been dealing with a cricket infestation, so I submitted a support form. Next day, they claimed to have completed it but I was in my apartment and no one showed up.

San Paloma gave us an app to pay our rent through. We can NEVER long in and always have to go to the bank get a check. We have complained over and over. We also had to pay late rent fees due to issues with logging on this app to pay our rent. It’s so inconvenient!!

The worst place to live, the apartments full of black mold, you can clean the bathroom every day, the black mold comes out no matter what, there is horrible vandalism, they break the windows of cars and many steal them, the manager from the office with poor aptitude, well almost all the ones who work there are like that, classified scammers, when you move they charge you until you smile. The mold is already embedded in the walls. When you finish your contract you have to pay for everything as new, You can leave it super clean, you always have to pay more than 500, they are scammers. If you want to have bad experiences that is the ideal place to get angry. Ahhh and they always open your email, you report it and they do nothing, the cameras are for decoration, it happens very frequently and they do nothing.
