I came here expecting performance XL size polo shirts at the price of $7. I was disappointed because neither were present. The three meat pizza was really good though.

Everything is fine...until the last few times I've gone, I have to go get my own shopping cart outside...
And the scan +go service is bad, I won't use it again... at the exit they can never scan my ticket?...

They NEVER have flat carts available, yet they have a whole bunch up front they use for curbside, but won’t let customers use, (even when it was 1 hour prior to closing and they had at least 10 empty carts they were not using) and when asked where the carts for customers are, we are told “WHEREVER CUSTOMERS LEFT THEM” so they expect us to go on a wild goose chase through their huge parking lot to find them and bring them inside ourselves. Costco doesn’t do that! They bring the carts up to the front! The woman at the customer service desk said that they keep them over at the loading dock, but there weren’t any and she said yeah they quite often run out. So this is a known issue that they have not addressed at all. This is not the first time this has happened. Simple fix: BUY MORE FLAT BED CARTS FOR CUSTOMERS TO USE! This is the most incompetent business practice I have ever seen. I spoke to 3 employees telling them I wanted to buy the $400 shed and not one of them would help me. It weighs 170 lbs! They just threw their hands up and essentially told me it was my problem to find a flat cart and load it up by myself. Worst customer service ever! Took my business elsewhere.

I enjoy shopping at Sam's today except it was really busy lots of children crying and dogs barking but it was still a good shopping experience

I spent $110 on a membership only for my package to arrive like this. This isn't the first time sam's/fedex neglected my package.

they have the beat pizza too!
hardly any lineups quick in quick out now that they have AI receipt checkout (don't show receipt just walk thru exit and AI scans receipt)

Has started service!! On Scan Go!!!! And they have started to improve prices and more promotions since the competition improves every day, I can tell you there are more products!!!!!

Lady close door early and lock door five minutes early. Prior while legally trying to park in ♿️ the basket collector roll the baskets in front of me almost causing an accident while I'm trying to park. I had the right away which he let those basket roll in front and didn't try to stop. Missed the vehicle by a hair!
