I placed my order online as always, those two women who helped me upload my products, they threw everything out of order, as if the product had no value, causing a case of canned drinks to burst, I spent 45 minutes on the phone, trying I talked to the manager and they always hung up on me, I couldn't enter the store because I was during work hours.

No customer should be forced to wait 30-45 minutes to make a return while 1 Sam's employee (always a Hispanic male) deals with memberships, phone calls, and returns. The worst part is he SEES the long line, as do the card checkers in the front and yet NO ONE comes to help or is called to come help. When multiple customers waiting in line say something they just go "We know, sorry." I am canceling my membership and switching to Costco, this has become a serious issue that is being left unadressed and ignored.

The checkout line for the registers at this location is always so long and very slow. Barely have like 1-2 registers open. However at night only has 1 register open.

So i was there at 9am, store opens at 10am. I ask the guy at the door, if they are opening for sams club business card holders... he said no.... not till 10am. Im done with this store. Waited around for 2 freaking hours, spent 35$ treating myself to breakfast, all by myself..... something i never do, and HUGELY REGRET..... and for what. To be told to wait an extra hour. Sams has become a GREEDY EVIL MONOPOLIZING STORE, go to HEB instead. Atleadt there if you order your food online a day before, they don't charge you AT ALL. Unlike sams disgusting gluttonous greed.

Worst Sam's Club in 5 states I've been in, including ghetto one in NOLA. Out of every single Member's Mark item I came to get. Food area was disgusting; soda fountain nasty, only a few were working.

Curbside pickup about 45 min ago... not the first time ive gotten spoiled produce or dairy from curbside. Called and was on hold to speak with a manager for 32 min, however Clayton never came to the phone. i hope Steve Frost does a better job.

Terrible experience with the return process. They will never improve. Rude management and customer service. Save your time and money and go to Costco.
