Sam’s club cafe closing 20 minutes early. The cafe closes at 8, and not the workers go home at 8.

Really bad experience. Cafe was out of literally everything 2 hours before close. Store manager just shrugged like it was no big deal. No wonder the store is empty.

I’ve never been to a store where every single employee is rude. You usually have that one off who’s having a bad day but not here from the person who checks the cards at the door yelling at you, to the person checking the receipt when you leave. Probably won’t keep my membership no wonder they have to almost make the memberships free with their offers. Costco would never everyone is a pleasure at Costco just a couple miles away.

I went to Sam's for a pick up yesterday evening. The young gentleman that was loading the car came to the window. He noticed a bad spot on one of the lemons and let me know he was going to swap out the bag. Huge thank you for noticing! Great service, communicated on a few things and was aware. Great employee you have there Sam's!!!

You can purchase a very large pizza for under $10 from the cafe. Skip the line by ordering through scan and go!
