They need to improve on their customer service and hire more staff at the tire and battery center. Will be the last time I ever purchase anything from this place.

I would rate this experience a 1.5, primarily due to the value it offered.However, the scheduling process was extremely problematic, and the sharing of information was poor. Despite several attempts to contact the department, I was consistently met with challenges. My calls were transferred to overseas support, who incorrectly informed me that there was no tire order under my name. This was contradicted by the Sam's app, which showed that my tires had already been shipped to the store. Further attempts to reach the store directly were futile, as my calls went unanswered.When I tried the scheduling phone number, I was met with a generic voice prompt system that was frustratingly unhelpful, leading me to hang up in annoyance. Out of sheer frustration, I drove to the store early to drop off my car, indifferent to the potential wait time, only to be told I had to schedule for another day.On the day of the appointment, we encountered another hurdle. Despite being accustomed to paying through the app for years, we were unprepared with physical payment cards and the store refused to key in our card information. This required an unnecessary trip back home to fetch a payment card.This experience was compounded by lackluster customer service, making the entire ordeal highly unsatisfactory. As a result, we have decided not to return to this location for tire purchases in the future.In contrast, while Discount Tire may be more expensive, my experiences there have always been positive. The staff is consistently friendly and upbeat, a stark contrast to what I've encountered here.

Don't open a membership here... You cancel it but they don't stop charging your renewal fee. Customer service is worthless in fixing hours spent on chats and transfers only to get hung up on.

Large bag cost more than small bags.Of course sam's and costco bags are bigger and pricey.This is normal behavior.With membership technically sam's or costco are expensive then other markets.Don't be fooled by sam's pr costco.

Don't come to this store if your brown! They are rude towards brown people I went in to shop today and while I was walking inside I was confused on where the carts might of been so I ask the lady i front greeting clients where I may be able to find some and she really look like she didn't want to help us she look at us like if we didn't belong at that Sam's so I walk away and there were a different couple walking in non brown and she gladly greeted them with such nice mannered way do not come here if your brown!!!!

The tire center sucks. People are never at the counter...ring the bell and they might come in 4-5 minutes though usually with a scowl, pissed you're disturbing their nap.They never have a full saff. Not my problem. Serve the customer fast and with a smile.They say wait is 45-60 minutes. Ok, fine. When an hour passes, best come with an update on the progress. But alas, 40 more minutes pass.They put on a repaired tire (2nd time this tire went bad) and didn't rotate, reset the tire pressure gage, nor put on the black tire cap on the valve.You guys suck at doing your job. I would have stayed and have them finish their half-assed job had my Saturday not been jacked up waiting for them to do the work...with an appointment I might add. The line of pissed off customers was too long, so I left.No more tires from Sam's, at least not this location.

I always go there for tire and battery. Manager Jose and his team are always friendly, and do a fabulous job. I recently had my foggy headlights cleaned. Now they look like new!!

I have no issues when I go inside, but they are significantly late every time I have a pickup order. On today's episode: 1.5 hours after my pickup window I called and was told they were still shopping the order. 30 minutes before store closes, and still no word.I went ahead and came to the store, got the attention of one of the curbside workers, and he informed me that my order is the last one on their list for today....and I'm the only car in the pickup area I guess they were planning on giving me the smallest amount of time to pick up.

This used to be put absolute favorite store. Since they have went to only one cashier it has went totally down hill. The line can be 10 deep and the don't even ask for help. My husband refuses to go through self check out since Sam's does not pay our salaries. He also refuses to take away anymore jobs but this is getting ridiculous.

You can't beat the gas prices! I only paid $8 for a years membership! Good selection inside but I'm single so I don't shop inside much. It's like buying in bulk so I only buy things paper towels, toilet paper, etc.

I've never had an issue with this location. Their cafe is super cheap and yummy. I take advantage of their produce section the most, I save soooo much by buying produce in bulk (since I eat TONS of fruits & veggies week). I really like the scan and pay on your phone feature, it lets me skip the checkout lines. Super convenient. The lines for gas at this location though, are pretty crazy. Sometimes there are so many cars in line for gas it causes a traffic jam.
