I enjoy shopping the sale here. Though the store is more crowded with addition of more clothes, I usually find something to purchase. Staff is generally friendly.

I went to this Salvation Army location this morning for the first time. I came in about 30 minutes after they opened. The service was awesome and very friendly! I believe it was the manager I spoke with, he was very helpful and enthusiastic. I wish I could go to the location more often if I could, but it’s half an hour away from me, but it looks like it’s worth the trip! Very happy with my first visit.

I’ve only been to this Salvation Army twice, and I was shocked by how much things changed in such a short time. The first time, prices were reasonable and it felt like a true thrift store. But on my second visit, the furniture was priced at $199–$200 — for used items that were donated for free!
The floor is overcrowded with overpriced furniture, and it really made me wonder if they got new management. It’s hard to believe this is the same store I visited just a month ago. If this continues, I can see why even loyal shoppers might stop coming back.
Very disappointing.
My response to owners comment (update)
I ended up finding the same quality furniture at Goodwill for just $14.99. It’s honestly disappointing to see prices so high here, especially when the items just sit on the floor taking up space. As someone who ran a Habitat for Humanity store for years, I know how important it is to keep things moving. You make more money by keeping prices fair and turning over inventory, not by letting it sit. You might want to consider checking out what your competitors are charging — because right now, loyal customers are walking out the door.

Everything got SO expensive and this latest change in discount days is a fast and easy way to lose loyal customers. No one is standing in line for 45 minutes for a $150 side table that’s falling apart.

They're trying to sell all the used donated furniture for $250 a piece (not just 'fancy' pieces - all of it), and then doing 50% off deals to make it seem more sane. Downright wild pricing. I will be taking my money to HOPE family thrift store and St. Vincent de Paul and the Habitat for Humanity ReStore from now on. Those store are SO much more reasonable.

This is the second time they have canceled my pickup. And always in the afternoon so you spend all day at home waiting for them. This is not a good way to treat people who want to be generous

Stopped in to beat the heat while on vacation. Very impressed with the selection. Michael was very kind, and helpful. Rebecca was also great.

Good deals if you go on the right day. Big store with a wide range of items. Friendly staff. My kids and I really like Mike. Be warned: if you go on busy days, be ready to wait in line. They seem understaffed and the checkout computers are down all the time.

Overpriced goods. Nothing was under $8
No help from anyone who isn’t a manager. In fact, the “service” was very rude and flat beyond just getting a job done.
Save your money and head to another place.

Many times it can be a fair chance at finding good deals on furniture and dishes.when it comes to checking out; can be a strange turn. This us the second time we had been overcharged by 8% more than what was in our basket. After searching for fair deals before a doctor appointment and then waiting in line for awhile. By this time; tired and just want to leave in time and later realize you were overcharged quite a bit-can be disappointed. Not living in town and visiting should leave a sour note, yet I know now to triple check before leaving any thrift store, cuz the gas expense alone is not worth the "sour surprise". Be aware, maybe handing over one item at a time, before payment to not be overcharged(even though always a good cause to thrift, yet kinda annoying to be asked to round up) and then be so overcharged. Felt deflated in my "joy of thrifting"..[note to self-no rushing, when prior commitmebt-when shopping in the future]
