I texted Courtney if she had availability for a bang trim and she approved me for Friday April 12th @5:15pm. I get there on time, knocked on the door and nothing. Around 5:20pm I text her if we’re still down for the appointment and she replies w something along the lines of “she didn’t realize how late it was and she was stuck in traffic”, and asked if she could take me @6pm. Annoyed but anyway, I agreed since I had a flight to catch @10pm that night for Florida and I wanted my bangs done.
She gets me in, apologized for being late. I show her pics for my bang trim (wispy curtain bangs BELOW my eyebrows) and she says she can do it. I ended up with choppy, uneven and ABOVE EYEBROW level bangs. I ended up paying $25, instead of $20 for whatever reason, because she didn’t inform me of a price change for this second appointment.
I didn’t say anything, didn’t fight it, grabbed my stuff, paid and left. It’s not like my hair can be glued back.
Anyway, I won’t be going back to her again. It might’ve been a one time thing for her, but it was and still is a big inconvenience for me.

This was the first time I went to JC salons, I was driving and I noticed it in the neighborhood, I called they gave me a few names I called. They got me in quick and responded. Quick place is very neat clean atmosphere very nice I had my hair done by a Jennifer,, Loved it.

Me and my husband ( who is wheelchair bound) walked to the salon and was told the person we booked with was no longer there. But the receptionist was able to get us Rachel who did an amazing job on my husbands hair.

Went here to get serviced by nails by nostalgia I love 4 mins away but she didn't provide a clear address so my Uber was confused then proceeded to not answer my calls or texts while I looked around AFTER attempting to go in the salon but all the lights were off then told me I was too late for my appointment and never rescheduled or gave me my deposit back even though I was only late due to lack of communication on her end All while I needed my nails done for an important event very inconsiderate

We have been renting at Salons by JC for the past two years and are currently in the process of relocating to our first commercial space. Dana has always gone above and beyond to help my business over the past two years, and she has been so wonderful to work with as we transition into our new studio. From providing thorough move-out instructions to extending our move-out date, she continues to provide incredible support even though we are aren't renewing our lease. Our team has had the best experience renting at Salons by JC and I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to work with Dana and her team. If you are considering renting at this location, I highly recommend securing your suite while they have availability. You won't regret it!

I have been to many top salons but now go to Teresa at Firefly Hair Design for my cut and color jobs every time. I have long hair (over a foot long) and care a lot about upkeep for a man and she is always able to deliver my complex style choices EXACTLY to fit my vision! I trust her so much she even colored my hair once and I let her cut me short recently which I would never do generally and it turned out incredible! She takes her time, sections my hair properly, and considers every snip with the correct scissors for each area (i.e. smaller scissors for the ear area versus larger scissors for ends and thinning shears for blending areas) like an artist with brushes to fit my head shape perfectly. She even teaches others how to cut and color hair she is so good and makes time to fit me into her schedule when I need upkeep. I adore our banter when I come in and am so glad I was recommended to her several years ago now. I was surprised another person said she messed up their sons hair because she “doesn’t know how to use clippers” because, firstly, she absolutely does use clippers for finishing details sometimes like cleaning up my neck, and secondly, she is a professional hairstylist not a barber. If you want a buzz cut from a barber don’t go to a professional stylist who cares about detailing. Clearly they either weren’t patient enough to trust the process or are used to great clips or something for a basic buzz. I couldn’t recommend Teresa more and trust very few with my locks! The pics I’ve provided are the various looks I’ve asked her to do for me overtime from the “wolf cut” to the subtle red coloring to the “90s hearthrob” which were all exactly as I had envisioned! Eli, is the best!! He's the first stylist I've ever had that really listens to me about how I want my hair cut. If you want a great haircut at a reasonable price then Eli is the man you want!!!
