Easily 5 stars! Really cute salon, but more importantly the service is top drawer & the results are fab-u-lush. Cynthia is a wonder woman in both color & cut & a doll to spend time with while you’re there! She delivers exactly what you want & more than you were expecting. She’s truly one of the best all time hairdressers I’ve ever ver gone to (LA, Chicago, Dallas including here in Austin). You will love her as much as her long list of clients do!

Deliah is the third stylist I've had since moving to Austin. I think I finally hit the jackpot. She actually listened to what I needed and gave me a great cut for my short hair. And my teen daughter with long curly hair adores her. Fantastic stylist!Service: Hairstyling

Absolutely love this salon! I'm pretty picky when it comes to my hair. Met Cynthia a few years ago, at a different location, followed her to Salone di Essenza last year.I like the vibe here like 1000x more than the stuffy salon before. I can walk in, and be myself! So happy to be a patron here, great vibes all around!

I booked an appointment with David since he was a color specialist. My haircut was great but my color touch up was not. I asked if can blend the back while I was still there and he told me to rebook for highlights. I was there for four hours and he could not blend my hair while it was still my appointed time. Very dissatisfied. Will not be going again. I paid 230$ for THIS

Lisa, the owner of the Salon, fired my hairdresser at this Salon without any due notification! She, as a result of her impulsive, unexplained decision to my hairdresser left me in a lurch! I am amazed that a service oriented business owner has so little regard for the way she treats those who pay her rent!Service: Hairstyling

Heard great things about owner Lisa through a friend however she was booked out later than I wanted so chose Vickie who was available on the website. Vickie seemed nice, color was pretty good but hair butchered. I spoke to manager but because they are contracted independently I needed to speak to stylist Vickie directly. When I told Vickie what happened with hair and how my old stylist (who is all the way in Marble Falls now and drove just to have her try to salvage it but it was very bad) she became very angry and defensive. My layers were uneven and not blended and abnormally short. Face framing not existent but that's an easy fix. Hair looks thinner than it ever did. I didn't want Vickie to correct it for obvious reasons but simply to refund me just for the cut since color was fine. I've never asked for a refund for hair in my life and it was that bad that my old stylist said you should really ask for one. Vickie rejected the refund defensively after starting off apologetic. Thought the communication was good until she grew rude. Disclaimer: I wouldn't say not to go to this salon simply because I heard great things about manager LISA and wouldn't want to hurt her business but DO NOT go to stylist Vickie. Poor customer service from her such a shame since I thought at first she was so sweet!
