I am beyond happy with the service! I had been to 5 mechanics who said they could not fix the issue without replacing my oil pan for $600-900, went to RZ and they completely fixed the issues within 1.5 hours and at a very reasonable price (less than half)! I could not be happier with the car service and customer service. They will definitely be my new go-to repair shop!!

Very happy with the service, i got my spark plugs replaced at a very good price! Everywhere else was trying to charge over $400 for spark plugs alone due to my car being a bit more complicated. Ill definitely be back for any maintenance my car needs in the future!

Not gay friendly at all. I went to get my car inspected. Said it would be awhile. I waited, and he started making excuses and just ignored me. He could've just said they didn't want to do it. Bad customer service, and discrimination.

Went for inspection, the guy said it would be about 1 hour. I waited, then 40 minutes later, he started making excuses about the back lights. Told him we bought the car like that from the dealer and that I never had a problem before. I then said, let me call and see, then he quickly said, let me check and went back to work. I went to ask them if he was gonna do my inspection or not? Another guy said he's gonna check again on the lights.. the guy never came back out. It's bad customer service and discrimination.

tried to come in for the past week and a half to get some repairs and all four times i've tried to go they have been randomly closed. i get that they have a lunch hour but i went at 11:30 one time and some dude up front said they were at lunch & the door was locked so i came back at 1:45 and there was a sign up front that said they were at lunch 1-2.. when are you actually open???

Came for an inspection, the door was locked, and no one was there to help. It was the middle of the day, not sure what was up.

I got my car serviced here less than a year ago. I needed a new belt. However I noticed my car squealing again a month ago. Not really thinking much I continued to drive it. I had to get my car serviced elsewhere today and they told me the squealing is due to my belt not being tightened correctly and bc of that it was rubbing against other parts in my car. So I had to buy a belt from this mechanic just to have to buy a whole new one today. I wouldn't really recommend this mechanic from this experience.

Not gay friendly at all. Went to get my Rouge inspected there but they were at lunch. I waited around the 20 minutes since I was there early. Once they opened I walked up to the gentleman and he asked what I needed and I told him and inspection. He said ok I waited another 15 and then I walked towards the bay where he was and he was washing the bay floors talking to someone else. He turned and looked towards my friend and me just turned around. Didn't say a word to us just totally ignored me. I took my business elsewhere and will never return I will also never recommend this place. Not very friendly business. Not gay friendly forsure.

Please put on your website somewhere that inspections are cash only. I called ahead and no one told me I would need to bring cash in order to get an inspection, and it doesn't say anywhere on the website either. I ended up driving all the way there just to get turned away because I didn't have any cash (and there is no ATM around). Service is fine except for that.

Saturday my vehicle was throwing codes, brought it into RZ having never been there. Within first 30 seconds Luis new the exact cause, had it fixed within 90 minutes... including an AC charge. Price was reasonable, timeliness excellent, total experience flawless!Later in afternoon another code appeared, just saw Luis at RZ moments ago.
