Lecia is the best hair artist in town. She is very personable. I have been a client for over 20 years. I know as soon as I sit in the chair she has the perfect style for me. Lecia knows all the latest trends and technics. The whole staff at Russ & Company makes you feel welcome and provides great customer service.

I was recommended to ask for Trisha for makeup and for hair for a photoshoot I had that was going to be very public through austin. Trisha let me know she was going to do my hair and Lecia would do my makeup. On the morning of the shoot, i was waiting on trisha and lecia to arrive, when another woman let me know she was also waiting for lecia and that she drove all the way from Dallas that morning for Lecia's birthday and for Lecia to do her hair. I was somewhat annoyed but didn't think much of it. They finally arrived, and the friend watched as Lecia applied my makeup sloppily and finished quickly before starting her friend's hair. The makeup wasn't what I asked for at all. I said I wanted wings and for my eyes to appear bigger. Instead, she piled black eyeshadow up to my eyebrows and applied this hideous red lipstick. She went on to do her friends hair while trisha still worked on my hair. My hair without a doubt came out beautiful, but i was panicking as I left about the makeup I paid for. As a result, there wasn't much I could do to fix it as I was already late for my shoot and the makeup was not coming off. When the photos came out, multiple people went on to make fun of my makeup and insist I wore too much, saying i looked like a clown. Would NOT recommend Lecia to anyone for makeup, especially when it's her birthday or her friends are there. Worst makeup I've ever had.

Deborah does an incredible job on my long, red hair at a totally reasonable rate! She helped me find the perfect shade and keeps my long locks cut and styled.

The massage was great, but I'm always dehydrated after one and they usually offer water, but not this place. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars.
